« Struttura moderna, in linea con altre realtà simili, che combina studentato e Hotel. La camera è ampia e spaziosa, ma la vera nota negativa è risultata la colazione, decisamente al di sotto degli standard. L’offerta è molto limitata sia in termini di varietà che di quantità, e le bevande calde e fredde offerte non sono assolutamente all’altezza del livello “Hotel” dichiarato dalla struttura. Probabilmente l’organizzazione di questo servizio andrebbe seramente rivista. »

"The hotel aspires to a four-star rating but unfortunately delivers service that barely meets two-star standards. For example, I waited over an hour in the restaurant without receiving even a glass of water. Frustrated by the lack of attention, I chose to leave and order through a food delivery service. The waitstaff displayed no concern or apology for the delay, which was my first experience of such indifference. The rooms reflect the mediocrity often associated with two- or three-star accommodations. While some areas appear to have been updated, the renovation feels incomplete. The bed, in particular, was far from comfortable—a thin mattress that sagged with every movement, paired with a pillow as firm as concrete and as thin as a sheet of paper. Overall, the experience was quite surprising. I hope the hotel will continue to improve its service and guest comfort in the future."

"l'hotel est globalement trés bien bien situé devant la sortie de l'usine FERRARI,coté ouest on voit sortir tous les modèles mais le terme de "PALACE" me parait exagéré exemple ce matin,petit dej affiché à 7 H qui ouvre à 8H, les prestations sont celles d'un bon petit hotel simple:c'est tout sauf un PALACE "
