„We had a very good stay. The descriptions are accurate. There are a couple of updates. From the materials provided in advance, the entry instructions need to be updated (there is a lock code on the door versus a key box). Also, the wifi access information needs to be updated and the landline is not functional. Also, the chiminea has been upgraded to a gas firepit.We found that the walk to beach access was very easy. „Cozy Cottage #3 is exactly that! The cottage was perfect for summer getaway with hubby and two dogs. The cottage had all the amenities we needed-full kitchen, tub/shower, good sized bedroom, and comfortable living room. The backyard was fully fenced so we had no worries about the dogs wandering off after the turkeys we saw strutting down the road. Our stay was stress free due to easy checking in and out and responsiveness of our host Rob. We will definitely book again. “
