« Accueil standard mais à peine arriver dans la chambre on m’appelle pour me changer de chambre car la télé ne marche pas. Le restaurant très moyen: je ne recommande pas. Petit-déjeuner: j’ai mis le papier sur la porte pour un déjeuner dans la chambre que je n’ai jamais eu car personne n’a ramassé le papier. « So terrible we walked in and walked out again, drove around to find a different hotel! This hotel gave me the creeps, like something out of a horror movie with an American hostel feel. We arrived late (10 ish pm) and despite the hotel being quite quiet our room was given to us and was one of the last rooms down a long dark corridor at the back of the building. « We had another wonderful stay. It’s in a great spot with Meadowhall across the road, off the M1 and only a 20 minute drive (if that) from the town centre. The staff were fabulous, especially Rachel and Anthony. If we come back to Sheffield, we would stay again. »

There was a private courtyard which was nice although hadn't been tidied prior to our arrival, the umbrella and fairy lights were broken and it wasn't well maintained, but nice to have. « The staff was very very pleasant and welcoming including for our dog! They kept asking us if everything g was ok and helped us with the dinner in the bar because our dog wasn't admitted in the restaurant. Special thanks to Youssef for talking to us in french! i highly recommend this hotel ! »
