« Reserved a king suite and the tiles in shower were broken, shower door wouldn’t stay closed and water pressure was awful. Fire alarm went off around 630 am by an alert system in room. No follow up from staff or notifications via txts or email. Front doors do not lock after 11 at night. The property had numerous water leaks. »

« AC unit didn’t work, it took almost an hour for staff to come to the room to troubleshoot the issue. I couldn’t charge my phone outlets were not working. The shower wouldn’t stay on. They only had toast and coffee for breakfast, and the coffee was empty, and even if I was able to get coffee there was no sugar available. I’m at the point to call corporate. Very terrible experience! »
