„The only problem with the chalet was the beds they need new mattresses, the double bed you roll into the middle, so had poor sleep and woke up in pain.“

One small one for me was my disability so the sofa area was a bit low for me but this place (and I'm always reluctant to let everyone know when I find a diamond place to stay) was otherwise perfect. Obviously big enough for a family of four as the second bedroom has bunk beds . Nice little bit of front patio and table and outside table and chairs already there for you. Used to holiday in this area as a kid and there's enough arcades with walking ...

„Radiator not working so room was cold, tap on bath rattling and water spurting out took ages to fill bath. Shared room with a dozen ladybirds..canteen downstairs never open. Unlocked and unsafe left luggage hall.i came fownstairs a few times about radiator in the night and noonf on reception rang number on desk but it wasnt regonised. Reception not manned at all times.. the room was big and lovely and location good.“

„Room was very clean, property is dated though. We had comfortable 2 nights. Staff was very friendly. Only low point was the shower, very low water pressure and took a while to heat up.“

„Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions. “
