No smoking, pets or parties. Please note, the home being on two levels, it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The property is located a second floor with no elevator. In both double bedrooms, the beds are made from Olympic-grade cardboard. In the upstairs bedroom, the double bed is made out of two single beds.   To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
