So, there were a lot of issues that need to be addressed. The gate was falling off in the driveway, the back porch is very weak, kitchen only had enough service ware for four people, no coffee, no cleaning supplies. Bathrooms had no bath mats, sink was clogged,toilet paper holder and toilet handle fell off, no hand soap, window privacy film was peeling off, tub was extremely slippery, no shelves to put toiletries. Bedrooms had no where to put suitcase, had to put on the floor. The place was very clean but in a super sketchy neighborhood. Wayyyyy over priced

Location, Location, Location!

We were a group of 5 women ages 27 and up traveling for a wedding. The home was out of place compared the rest of the neighborhood. It is the diamond in the rough. The house was clean, it’s older and remodeled so cutely. Beds are comfy and there’s lots of space. It needs window covers on the window beside the back door and the kitchen to have a more private and secure feel. It suited our needs and the price was very reasonable. We had 0 issues and overall it is worth the stay.

Not desirable

Location was terrible - outside rough and unkempt. Inside was cute - big rooms but not as clean as should have been. Owners personal food was in the kitchen, which was a turn off. A couple of windows did not have coverings, which was not acceptable being in this rough neighborhood.. The bathroom and living area were nice – the Kitchen left a lot to be desired. we will not stay here again. Notes – there were mouse traps around the house, flies in the house, trash around the outside and the back porch is not safe. Owner Needs to do some work on this property. I will say he was responsive when I asked questions. .
