Easy and stress free
Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and simple and had everything I needed. The location was close to the event my husband and I were staying for plus there were plenty of convenient places nearby to eat at. Overall, a wonderfully stress free experience I would love to repeat.

Room 319 The deadbolt on this door does not line up with the door jam and as a result cannot be used. Shampoo bottle in the shower was also empty. No other issues during my stay. Hotel was clean.

Recycling! Also, comfy beds, well thought-out shower bar placement, & toiletries in pump dispensers. Breakfast was better & more complete than most hotels. We were able to borrow a chair from the breakfast area so we could play games in our room.

Overall, the best place to stay in town. Needs attention to a few things. The bathroom floor had pee marks around the toilet. An old washcloth was still slung over the shower rod. One of the elevators has been down for weeks and weeks. Housekeeping crew so absorbed in their phone I had to say "excuse me" to get by them. Lovely hotel but inattention to little things can leave a less than ideal impression.

Schindler elevator ordered a new brake for the cab and it's been on back order. We will be thrilled for our guests and crew to have both elevators working again soon. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. BUT, the sheets had been slept in. The previous occupants wore different perfume and deodorant than we do. At least they appeared clean.
