Outstanding location, but the apartment is tiny and dark. There is almost no natural light. There is also a lack of storage for our clothing. Otherwise it is clean and well equiped.

So many great things to say about the apartment and the host of this property. Jola was very quick to respond to all of my inquiries both before arrival and during our stay. The apartment couldnā€™t have been in a better location. Easy access via all forms of transportation, exceptional shops and restaurants but most importantly, walking distance to many of the must-see museums. The apartment is well appointed with sheets, towels, pillows, blankets, soap, shampoo, dishwasher pods, tea, etc. very comfortable bed including the space efficient sofa bed that my very tall son occupied. As it can get very hot in the summer in Paris, we were thrilled to have a place that stayed relatively cool even without the air conditioner. We ran the AC infrequently and had just ran the fan which works perfectly. I would highly recommend Jolaā€™s place for a couple or even 3 people for maximum comfort. Although it could sleep 4, it might feel a bit snug. Next time Iā€™m in Paris, I will definitely build my itinerary around availability of this specific apartment.

We couldn't have picked a more central or convenient location! While the property is small, it didn't matter much because we were always out and about. And it was very comfortable. Restaurants all around and easy access to all sites!

The apartment is perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. There were tons of activities just a few steps outside our door plus easy access to the sights of Paris. The property manager was incredibly helpful and hospitable even made recommendations to what ended up being our favorite restaurant in the city. Highly recommend this booking.

Great location for Metro stops, restaurants, bakery and cafes shops in 5 minutes. The host is very responsive to respond any questions. Nannbag is next to the apartment to store luggages , which is very convenient too. We had a great time in Paris. Thanks for hosting us.

Excellent location and it felt very safe at night when we did a lot of our exploring. The host was very communicative which was helpful. The washer/dryer was broken when we arrived and we were not notified which was disappointing as we had been travelling already for 10 days. But there was a laundry mat around the corner. There was a smell to the apartment - moth balls? After leaving Paris our clothing still has that smellā€¦

We spent a week in the apartment which was very close to the Louvre. We had access to many Metro stops from here as its close to Chatelet des Halles, just. Block from Rue Rivoli and 2-3 blocks from the Seine. We walked everywhere and had a comfy apartment to return to.

We booked Dec 16-19. The location was fantastic and we particulary liked Motors Coffee and Uno for Italian.Steps from the Louvre, it's a convenient spot. Tricky spiral stairs to the unit. We had heavy luggage which I would not recommend for this space due to the spiral stairs. If you travel light and have small bags, this may work for you.Beds are comfortable and the bath is functional. Host was responsive. Enjoy!

Our host, Jola, was very responsive leading up to our stay and very helpful with additional recommendations on where to store luggage. The location was centralized with food options after a busy day of exploring and made our 3-day stay in the city very enjoyable. The communication was fantastic. Jola is very helpful, the apartment is minute walk from the Lourve, Opera house, Train and bus stops. The apartment has Parisian old character but the interior is modern enough and accommodates 4 people comfortably. This apartment is a perfect place for a short visit.

The listing says that it sleeps 4 people but keep in mind that when you're 4 people the apartment is very small and very tight and want you start putting luggages in the room there's not much place to walk. If you're a family of 4 I highly recommend to book somewhere else because it gets frustrating after a few days. As well, this is an old building so there is no elevator, you have to drag your luggage up the tight staircase. The main reason we booked this place was for the location.

Jola was a nice host and very responsive! Everything we needed for our stay was available from disheasher to washing machine and detergent. When we arrived, my kids got disappointed about the entrance and stairs conditions (since they looked so old) but the apartment was nicely prepared. The location is awesome and also there is a market right downstairs if you need anything.

The property is in a great location and fairly central. Communication with Jola was great, we were given the check-in information in great details and Jola was quick to respond to are queries. The property itself for clean and tidy with most amenities provided. The only downside was therproperty although ideal for a couple was small for a family. This apartment is in a great location, with easy access (a couple blocks) to major train station, and walking distance to the Seine, many cafes, parks, and museums. Itā€™s a bit larger than a normal hotel room so itā€™s perfect for 1 person , or a couple, but may feel cramped with 3+ if youā€™re using for anything other than a place to sleep at night. The host was very helpful and easily accessible. The apartment was clean and well maintained. There is no air conditioning and limited windows so it can get warm in the summer. Highly recommend the caves du louvre for a wine tour and tasting! Right beneath the apartment Overall, a great stay and, and Iā€™d book again.

This property is in a fantastic location. We could walk or easily take the metro anywhere we needed to go. It is small for a family of 4, but we really only needed it as a place to sleep at night. The amount of restaurants and cafes within a couple of blocks radius was phenomenal.

The apartment was clean and in a great location. However, very very small for a family of four. It was hard to move around once we opened the pull out bed for the kids. There also is no natural light as itā€™s an interior apartment. For two itā€™s plenty of space. I would not stay here again as a family of four.
