Appartement pratique dans super quartier
Appartement compact dans une rue calme et un quartier plein de vie. Super boulangerie au coin de la rue, à 15 minutes à pied du Faubourg Montmartre et ses restos, ou des grands magasins boulevard Haussmann. L'appartement est conçu pour 4 mais peut accueillir 5, voire 6.

Appartement situé dans une arrière cours de la rue Condorcet. Très agréable, assez spacieux pour 4. Cependant il est mal insonorisé et on entend les allées et venues des habitants (la nuit). La salle d’eau est minuscule, pas adaptée pour les « biens portant » ! Un bémol aussi pour les draps du canapé qui n’étaient pas très nets.

Facile d’accès. Stationnement municipal à quelques pas, ainsi que cafés et restos. À l’étage et au fond de la cour, donc très calme la nuit.

Cuisine tres petite et sous équipée ( une seule casserole, un seul torchon ,par exemple ). Salle d'eau et douche très petite également ,inadaptée pour une personne corpulente.Sinon bonne situation géographique et appartement propre. Nous etions 4 , impossible de tenir à 6 personnes sans se marcher sur les pieds!,

Great place to explore Paris
The flat is a ideal to explore Paris, the public transport is close enough, the owner of the flat is very responsive and has a problem solver attitude. Artisanal Bakery, small markets, restaurants are around the accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped, but eg if you are arriving with a family you should care about dishwasher tablets. Overall it is a good choice, good value for your money!

Nous étions 3 personnes, donc idéal, même généreux avec 60m2. Commerces à proximité. Petit bémol :isolation phonique un peu faible. Bruit de couloir... Mais ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ca.

Fantastisch ervaring om parijs te zien
Alles was goed verzocht. Het appartement ligt in een gezellige buurt en op loop afstand van Place du Tetre en 2 metro stations. Er zit een bakkerij en een restaurant op de hoek.

Great stay. As advertised. Vincent met us early and let us store bags while apartment was being cleaned. Easy access to Eurostar train. Great neighborhood to walk around. Would definitely stay again with my wife and three kids

Fantastic Apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for our family of five. Perfect location to explore Montmarte and easy access to other parts of Paris via metro. The apartment was clean and in a lovely apartment block. Vincent was always contactable and responded to all questions in a timely manner. The shuttle service was fantastic after an early morning flight. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again.

A gem in a perfect part of Paris
Wonderful stay with our two young children, in a peaceful street close to three easy metro links and lots of friendly cafes and restaurants. A 5 min walk to the funicular up to Sacre Cour, and only 10 mins walk from gare du Nord. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortably furnished, in a quiet attractive block. We will definitely return!

L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione centrale, comoda anche per i mezzi trasporto. Rispetta pienamente quanto descritto nell'annuncio: pulito, ben tenuto, ben arredato, caldo e può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Host gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo!

Comfortable stay in a great neighborhood
Apartment was exactly as pictured in a convenient location. The neighborhood was great with a very local feel as well as near shops, attractions, metro. It was very easy to get around. The host was easy to reach and accommodated an early check in. The stay was clean and comfortable and was nice to be able to do laundry. Great place to stay with a family.

Vincent was great and very responsive. He met us conveniently for an early check in after a morning arrival from the US. The flat was very clean with comfortable sleeping arrangements and closely located to multiple metro stops. Would definitely recommend this property!

A cosy stay
We stayed in montmatre for 5 nights with our two teenage kids. The location was very convenient for walking around and exploring Paris. The communication and checkin was excellent. The apartment itself is very small, however it was functional and quiet. It was great to have a little kitchen and a lounge area with a dining table - we had dinner at home most nights to save money - there are lots of great places to get take away food that can then be heated up.

Christmas family vacation
We loved the area! Having an entire flat was awesome! A little noisy with neighbors (nothing a sound machine can’t fix). Lots of great restaurants with sacre Couer a 10 min walk. If you turn left and go out of the apartment to the end of the street there is a busy street with lots of restaurants businesses etc. on it. Heading right out of the apartment and turning left and head up hill to Monmarte. Definitely would stay again! We loved the food at Le Progres, Adelaide & Monbleu.

Petite space, excellent location
We changed our lodging plans at the last minute when our number of travelers went down by 5 and we realized we had booked someplace too large. This apt was available and we snapped it up. It is quite tiny but served our needs just fine. We were five persons and had a young adult on the couch. We make do w/ one bathroom & in Paris you're sightseeing all day and never there. Tiny galley kitchen but was fine for what we needed (fridge is small apt sized). Keurig type coffee maker and we bought pods at a nearby market that had anything we needed including beer/wine, etc. Location can't be beat. Plenty nearby, quiet location. It's a walk up a few flights of stairs, no biggie for us. Very clean. We had a shower drain issue early on that was addressed promptly. The driver who was sent to the airport by the property mgr/owner was very late and we waited an awfully long time; probably wouldn't do that again but it's very nice to have a driver who knows exactly where the property is. Tough call. Other than that very long wait at the airport, the property itself was most excellent.

Beautiful little apartment in Montmartre
We had a lovely stay at this charming apartment in Montmartre. Our host Vincent was incredibly responsive, the apartment was spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location is quite convenient, just a short walk from Sacre Couer. However despite being located near both the Montmartre and Pigalle neighborhoods, it was very quiet at night. We had a wonderful time. Check out KB coffee, which is just a steps from the apartment. All in all a wonderful location, great value, and beautiful little place to stay.

We stayed at the apt in early October 2023 and it was a fantastic location. Quiet at night with really good boulangeries at both ends of the street + good size Franprix. It's close to Montmartre and metros (10 min walk). It is worth checking out the restaurants on Rue Maguerite de Rochechouart for dinner. Vincent was an excellent host and was at the apt to meet us when we arrived after 9pm following a flight from Belfast. He was really responsive to any questions and allowed us to leave our luggage in the apt when we had a late afternoon train back to London - this was a lifesaver! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The main bedroom is spacious by Paris standards. It is on the first floor with no lift but that was manageable and it was really secure.

Great VRBO property
This property was in a great location....close to main tourist attractions but not too close to be noisy in the evening. Clean property! Quick and easy instructions once we arrived at the rental and able to check in early which was extremely helpful with all our luggage. Extra help with transportation to and from the rental as well which was so helpful being in a different country! Thanks!

Pro's: Fabulous location! Minutes to Sacre Coeur, easy walk to all sites. Subway and bus system close that gets you anywhere in Paris. Our family of 5 was quite comfortable sleeping, cooking and eating in the apartment. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of amenities nearby, fruit markets, butchers, grocery stores, bakeries (some really great bakeries in the neighbourhood!). Everything you need to live there and be comfortable. Cons: The courtyard can be a bit loud early on weekdays when people are leaving for work and dropping their garbage. Otherwise very quite. The sheets for the spare beds had stains on them. No dryer, only a washing machine so was hard to do laundry for 5. All in all I would recommend this space. The hosts were attentive and responsive. They scheduled a car to pick us up and take us back to the airport and always responded in a timely manner. I would stay again.

GREAT apartment
We traveled to Paris with our 4 kids ( 16, 14, 11, & 8). This apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay. The neighbor is prefect!. It has several cafes, bakeries, restaurants, & mini market. Every morning my husband would walk to the corner to buy hot chocolate and croissants for breakfast, miss that so much. Vicent was great at communicating with us, specially prior to our trip. He even set up a driver that we were able to contact several times through out our trip. There are a couple of metro options, about 10 minute walk. There are also several bus stops near by. Would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Vicent!

Tidy apartment in a convenient location
Vincent's apartment is very tidy and contained all the necessary amenities for a stay. The apartment is quite cramped but that may be the standard for Paris apartments. The apartment is in a safe and quieter street but also nearby bars and restaurants with energy. We were able to find a restaurant in close proximity. Vincent was very responsive to our questions and was very flexible - he allowed us to check in early which gave us more time in Paris which we are very grateful for! The apartment has a washing machine however since there is no space to dry the clothes outside, we had to use the laudromat on the street to dry the clothes (it is about 2 min walk away). There is a great bakery on the street (about 1 min walk away called Mamiche) which has delicious food. We would definitely stay at Vincent's place next time we come to Paris!

Vincent and Severine’s apartment was perfect for our trip to Paris! The location was exactly what we were looking for. Adorable neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants and shops and access to all the tourist attractions! They made the check in process so easy by arranging our transportation from the train station to the apartment and having a host meet us there to welcome us and familiarize us with the unit. The unit was stocked with some supplies to get us started. The apartment is on the 1st floor with a set of stairs to access so if you have mobility issues or very large luggage this could be a challenge. We pack light so it was no issue. If you’re looking to visit Paris and stay a little outside the “tourist” area I highly recommend! Thank you again Vincent and Severine!

Lovely and relaxing stay!
We are a family of 4 (two parents/ two kids) (ages 6 and 11) and we absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment was spacious enough for us to have a place to relax after a day of touring the city. It was clean and well-stocked with necessities. We used all the appliances and they were in perfect working order. The neighborhood was safe and easily accessible to the grocery store, restaurants and the Metro. We utilized the driver to and from the airport and it was the best decision. It made our arrival and departure so easy and seamless. The driver had a larger car for all our luggage and it could not have been more simple. I would recommend this location to anyone! Thank you so much- we had a great family vacation!!!

My husband, my teenage son and I just returned from staying here for a week. The apartment is located in a nice area, inside is very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Location is super convenient to everything we needed. Highly recommend.

In spite of the French garbage strike, the location is in a quiet neighborhood street, and is close to many cafes, restaurants, and boulangeries. Half a mile fro Sacre Cour. The VRBO listing is accurate. Communication with the property manager was efficient and mostly clear. There was a mix up on check out day regarding where to leave the keys and taxi payment, but it got resolved.
