    Die anmutige LIVING AREA ist ein königliches Vergnügen mit beigen und weichen Sandfarben, die mit kräftigen gelben Akzenten aufgehellt werden. Das lange Sofa, das sich auch in zwei Einzelbetten umwandeln lässt, blickt auf zwei französische Fenster und den darauf folgenden EIFFELTOWER VIEW VORNE und seine glitzernde nächtliche Lichtshow. Das nur wenige Schritte entfernte DINING NOOK ist der perfekte Ort für ein romantisches Abendessen oder ein Familienessen, während die KÜCHE ein inspirierender Ausgangspunkt für Gourmetgerichte ist.

    Im Saint Emilion befinden sich zwei schöne Schlafzimmer, darunter ein kompaktes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (ideal für kleine Kinder!) und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett. Didn’t disappoint

I took my daughter on a trip to Europe to drop her off at Bible school in Germany so naturally a stop in Paris had to be part of the trip. This property was an excellent location to see a lot of the main landmarks in a few days. The view from the apartment is a perfect way to enjoy Paris. Thanks you PA the staff was awesome

Nice property close to Eiffel tower

Apartment was clean and very nicely appointed. Views of the Eiffel tower were spectacular and the location is very close to it. Size of the apartment is typical of Paris, which to say is on the small size, but comfortable enough for a family of 4. There are lots of nice shops and restaurants close by but not really close to a metro station if that is important to you.

wonderful view

overall property was how it looked online. beds and pillows were comfortable. laundry in apt was so convenient. the only complaint is that is was 10 minutes from a subway station and when it is cold out we did not want to make that walk. We used Ubers which were easy to get.

Sweet 16 in Paris

We recently celebrated our daughter’s 16th birthday in Paris and this property did not disappoint! Our party of 4 (husband/wife, 16/11 yr old daughters) really enjoyed the 2 bedroom apartment. Nothing beats getting greeted daily by the beautiful Eiffel Tower right outside the window. The classic furnishings and modern appliances strike the perfect balance of old world charm and new world comfort. Best of all, all rooms were comfortably climate controlled during a summer heat wave. Plenty of dining options within short walking distance and Paris sites and monuments with 30-40 minute walk or short cab ride. We had an amazing week and look forward to returning in the future, thank you Saint-Emilion!!

March in Paris

We loved our stay in Paris! The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. It was so clean and all of the furnishings and accommodations were very high end.The bathroom setup is definitely a little odd. I hadn’t read that before booking. The master has a bathroom with a sink and shower but the toilet is back at the entrance of the apartment not in the room. The view of the Eiffel Tower is unmatched! Stunning! The apartment is so well appointed and the kitchen is amazing!The building itself is old and has a very tiny elevator that fits one person and a bag or 3 people. The lighting in the hallways and lobby weren’t working so it would be dark at night but the area is so safe and the building is secure and we never felt Uneasy.I highly recommend this apartment!

Paris at its best!

My wife, my adult niece and I shared this wonderful apartment in early November. We could not have been more pleased. The pictures are vey accurate, and the apartment couldn't be more "Parisian Perfect". The check in process was the best we have experienced. Samy not only gave us a tour of the beautiful apartment and explained how everything functioned, he also went for a walk with us to show us the area, help us locate a grocery store, wine shop and cheese store. The apartment is not large but the layout is excellent and very comfortable. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room is a very special treat. The area is delightful, extremely safe, and well located with numerous restaurants, bistros & shops in the immediate area. The elevator is typically European small, but it adds to the charm and is very welcome given the 6th floor location of the apartment. I could not recommend this apartment more enthusiastically! We will definitely be back.

Flawless Flat with Unbeatable View

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Saint Emilion. The spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat was perfect for our family of four. The views of the Eiffel Tower from the living room cannot be beat, and we were easily able to access other parts of the city (Louvre, Latin Quarter, Monmarte) using the metro, taxi and just walking. While the building is vintage, the flat has been nicely updated making for a very comfortable stay, including air conditioning, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, and nice furnishing/touches. We used the manager's recommended driving service (Victor Cabs), which was reliable/arrived early. We flew in very late, and the manager and driver coordinated to make sure we were able to check in after 1 am. The only set-back for us was that the elevator was out during our stay, and a 6th floor walk up was not ideal. That said, it is a vintage building, there was little the management team could do to resolve the issue, and we were able to make it work. If you have any mobility issues, you should consider whether you can safely make the walk up/down 6 floors if the elevator is out (which happened at more than one location during our trip due to older buildings/smaller elevators). Elevator aside, we can easily recommend that anyone staying in Paris rent this flat for their stay -- it will exceed your expectations.

Perfect Paris Apartment

Family of five stayed in this beautiful apartment. Two bedrooms and a modest sized living room/dining room/kitchen area was the perfect amount of space for our family. The location was one block from the Eiffel Tower and the views were stunning. The photos on-line are 100% accurate - the Eiffel Tower is that close. The apartment was clean, the furnishings were beautiful, the Paris Perfect team were responsive and very friendly. I'd absolutely recommend this apartment.

“Wow! The Saint Emilion is a great apartment. It is convenient to great restaurants, a short, beautiful walk to museums and the view of the Eiffel Tower is amazing! It was even closer than the pictures suggest. Many nights we sat in the living room with the windows opened and watched the last light show. The Siene is only a block from the apartment if you want to walk, ride a bike or take a boat ride. Check in for the apartment was easy, it was clean and well stocked with high end appliances. There is everything you need to cook and dine. It was really nice to have the Miele washer and dryer. The apartment is in the 7th arrondissement which is a beautiful area of Paris. Even though the apartment was near the Eiffel Tower, the apartment was quiet and the neighborhood area felt safe. We would not hesitate to stay in The Saint Emilion again. We highly recommend the apartment and the ParisPerfect team.”

I went with my wife and 3 little children, and we had a great time. The apartment had a wonderful location, and was great for exploring. The taxi service recommended was perfect for dropping us to and from the airport, and the taxi even had booster seats for our little ones. The apartment was well laid out for everyone to get adequate rest for a nap time. The kitchen was great. The bathrooms were clean. The bathroom off the double beds starts off chilly, but once the shower is running the bathroom warms right up. It was close to some great shops and a 5 minute walk to the Batobus. We definitely want to go back to Paris, and we will book with Paris Perfect. My wife wants to try out one of the places closer to Norte Dame or the Louvre for the next time, so that we can thoroughly explore more areas of Paris.

The view is priceless! Every night we watched the twinkling of the Eiffel Tower just outside our living/dining room window. It was magnificent! The apartment was well designed and seemed much larger than the advertised 650 square feet. The six of us (two small children and four adults) had plenty of room. The apartment was well stocked with linens, pots, pans, dishes, etc and was very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the neighborhood immensely. Paris Perfect arranged a kid's tour for us at the Louvre (Louvre Treasure Hunt) and it was perfect for our kids. They loved it and learned so much about the 6-8 works of art that the tour focused on. They will remember the Louvre with a smile!! There were minor problems with the air conditioning, but we were comfortable without it. The elevator was out-of-order for several days and the 120 steps up to the seventh floor got very old! It was probably good for us, though. Paris is an incredible city, and we enjoyed our stay at St. Emilion very much. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

On our last day at this stunning apartment I cannot recommend it highly enough. We were a party of 4 adults, and although the apartment is compact, the space in such a magnificent area of Paris was perfect. "Paris Perct" as a company were without a doubt the most professional and well organised team I have ever experienced on my travels. The apartment is EXACTLY as advertised. Eiffel Tower view is unbelievable and although the apartment is compact, it suited our party of 4 more than adequately. There is amazing hidden storage for luggage etc, and the amenities and appliances are top shelf. Perfectly stocked kitchen utensils and the most extensive manual for all appliances I have ever come across. We were greeted by the lovely Verity who spent ages with us explains how everything worked etc, basic apartment rules and contact numbers for her assistance at any time. We had no reason to contact her at any time as everything was perfect .beds are comfy, towels are huge and fluffy, kitchen is stocked with everything you would require, air con works wonderfully, water pressure is great, gorgeous little stand on balconies to enjoy the tower view and plenty of natural light flooding the apartment during the day. Decor is quaint and very Parisian. Loads of gorgeous lrestaurants within walking distance as well as small supermarkets, chemists and boulengeries nearby. Initially I thought the apartment was a little pricey, but believe me, you get more than what you pay for. Thankyou "Paris perfect" you made our first trip to Paris absolutely PERFECT!. I highly recommend this stunning apartment and will most definitely stay again.

Saint Emilion

We had a lovely stay in St. Emilion -- a comfortable, light-filled spot with an incredible view! Kitchen was extremely well equipped and easy to cook in. Bathrooms nicely remodeled. Full-size washer/dryer super. Master bedroom very quiet with good bed; we slept really well! Be aware, however, that the second bedroom is very small.
