Bed Bugs, flooded kitchen
Unfortunately, our 9 day, tens of thousands of dollar vacation, was clouded by our stay at this VRBO.To their credit they attempted to mediate the big bug issue, they also did give us some money back. However, we didn’t feel like it compensated for our trouble, and discomfort. Due to our large party and desire to be in a particular location, and this last minute Issue, we were unable to change where we stayed.Contact was spotty with the management company as hours/days will go by without a response.Pros: the location which was fantastic and he space was large enough to accommodate all of us.Cons: the kitchen layout is extremely awkward, the upstairs resident had issues with the plumbing because whenever they did something (use their thing, flush, their toilet, run their dishwasher), it would flood our kitchen. And then, of course, the bedbugs.
