Magnifique appartement de 112 m2, offrant 3 chambres et 3 salles de douches, dans un esprit théâtral à deux pas de l’Opéra Garnier, à 4 pas du Louvres ou de Palais Royal. Calme et lumineux. Au 4ème étage avec ascenseur jusqu'au 2ème.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. A perfect, pretty and relaxing space for our family of 5. Location was amazing as well - close to sights, and great restaurants and bakeries. The management was also top notch. Our host greeted us upon our arrival, and kindly took the time to provide us with a detailed tour. We will definitely book again for our next visit to Paris!

This was a really clean 3br with two 3/4 baths and one that had a shower and sink. Kitchen had all you need to eat in if you want. It’s in a great central location in the 2em. Close to Metro stops and shopping. Cafes everywhere, too.You have to walk up 2 stories (or take the elevator) before you have to cross a courtyard and walk up two more narrow spiral stairs. So, no handicapped access if that’s important to you.No A/C but there were fans to move the air. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 4.We’d definitely stay there again!

Great location, lots of room, clean property, as advertised some not basics provided

The listing is very accurate. It is plenty of room for three couples or a family with kids. I brought my mom and two teenagers, each with a friend. The kids and I had no problem at all with the stairs. If you have someone who is not very fit, they will possible not be thrilled with the stairs. Likewise we were fine with no AC. The fans and opening windows was completely fine. I agree with another review about the transparent window in the middle bath. It would be great to have a curtain or window decal for privacy. I underestimated the benefit of having typical amenities (soap, paper towels, napkins, body wash, coffee, coffee accoutrements). It was very clear in the listing that none of these things were offered, however I realized that I would happily pay more to have basics like coffee, water, to go coffee cups, soap, body wash, napkins, basically all of the things that are usually freely available in a hotel room or VRBO. We bought them and carried them up, but some things were not available in small sizes and we ended up( for example) buying coffee, sugar, almond milk, Cups, and stevia that we threw out after our 5 days stay. Just things to be aware of. We were offered to buy the cleaning kit and bath kit (I thing 20 euro each and we did that. It would be great to offer a larger kit with coffee, to go cups, tea, sweeteners, milk, paper towels, napkins, Hand soap, body wash, q tips, Kleenex, etc for 100 euro or even to provide them and increase the nightly price.

Wonderful Stay

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful, spacious apartment, centrally located in Paris. The host was communicative and helpful. One note is that the entrance into the apartment is longer with an elevator ride up two floors, a walk across a patio, then a walk up two flights of stairs. Overall, we very much enjoyed our time at this location.

Beautiful and comfortable

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was close to food, shopping, attractions, and easy Metro access. The company was easy to work with and was always kind and helpful. I very much recommend this property for anyone who does not have issues with climbing stairs.

Great all around property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Paris. It is centrally located and easy to get all over the city by walking, bus, taxi or railway. The property is spacious and easily accommodated my family of five. The property is exactly as it is described on the site and delivered on what it promised. We will definitely stay at this property when we go back to Paris!

A hidden gem in Paris

Tucked away by the Old Theater this 3 bed/3 bath apartment gave us the privacy we wanted in a big busy city. Great check in process, super friendly vrbo service. There is a little bit of a walk to get in, elevator goes to only the second floor but perfect to walk off all the croissants and Gelato we ate. 5/5 stay

Excellent apartment in the heart of Paris

Overall, it's a great property. Spacious layout with 3 bedrooms, a living area, kitchen and kitchen table in a great location close to the Louvre. The team running the property were incredibly responsive. Would definitely recommend. The only downside is that the apartment is tucked in the back with lots of stairs, making it somewhat difficult when arriving/departing. This problem probably exists at other places in Paris, but just something to be aware of if stairs are difficult for other guests.

Mispresented and dishonest property management. Do your research.

First, the actual company is 'Paris Autrement'. Look them up and google and do your due diligence. This many poor reviews does not happen by accident. For me, the apartment exterior was under construction, I was offered a discount to stay, I accepted but after the stay they refuse to settle. VRBO can do nothing to help you. If you ever stay and not leave in these situations you have no recourse. Other misrepresentations with the apartment: 1) There 4 flights of stairs to this apartment. If you have any mobility issues or are concerned, avoid. Despite this, there is no view from the apartment at all 2) The listing says 3 toilets but while there are 3 showers there are only 2 toilets 3) The listing says washer/dryer but there is only a 2 in 1 unit which doesn't have a hot air dryer

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The location could not have been better and the apartment was clean, modern and welcoming. Important to know that although there is a kitchen, there is no oven in case you plan any extensive cooking. Great stay and would come back!

This apartment suited a group of us so well. More spacious than previous rentals, so incredibly clean and the hostess was incredibly accommodating meeting one of our party earlier than the official check in. Beds were all comfortable after long days enjoying all the sites. Getting to the room is tricky - but honestly, a mild inconvenience given the amazing space. Merci - we had a lovely visit and I will recommend to friends (and likely come back with my family).

clean, big, and new

Overall, a great experience and would definitely rent it again. I also would not hesitate to recommend it for a family (we are 5 total w/ 3 young children), or group of 2 or 3 couples. We are picky, and prefer nicer, cleaner accommodations - this was exactly what we wanted. The rental company was a strength - easy to communicate with and responsive. There was a wifi problem when we arrived, but they fixed it within an hour. i was given the direct phone number of a representative who responded by text/phone when needed. Apartment: 3 beds (all real beds, and nice size rooms with closets), 3 bathrooms (3 showers, 2 toilets), full kitchen w/ huge 8 person dining table, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, plenty of cutlery/cups/plates. living room area had comfortable sofa's w/ seating for 6. The setup is nice with the kitchen and living area away from the bedrooms - kids could sleep while adults stay up. The apartment was recently renovated, and is top notch - the interior is very tastefully done, new and clean. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and this was perfect. Towel warmers in bathrooms and space heaters kept the temperature quite comfortable while there (in November). Location: near the opera, 5 minute walk to the metro, 15 minute walk to the Louvre. 3 boulangerie's within 2 blocks for mandatory breakfast pain au chocolat. Access: 4th floor walkup. there is a lift to the 2nd floor, then you walk up 2 more flights, or just walk up all 4 flights like we did. Between the 2nd and 3rd floors, you have to walk maybe 100 ft through an outdoor courtyard to get to the 2nd set of stairs. This was strange, but fine. 3 concerns: 1. 1 bathroom needed some curtains for an exterior window, for privacy. there were 2 other showers to use, so no big deal. 2. wifi didn't work in the bedrooms - they were too far from the living room area to get the signal. 3. all 3 showers had a funky smell from the drain. wondering if this was gas related to plumbing in an old building.
