We just needed a quick overnite stay and this Budget Inn was a fairly good value considering other places cost more. The staff was adequate, we had to wait a few minutes for someone to check us in but then it went well. The room was clean, WiFi worked well, water was hot, TV was a good size. Room was a little small but overall decor was nice. It's very close to the main street with a few dining options within walking distance or short drive.

We drove five hours to our destination, Parker, Arizona. Get there to check in and was told everything was canceled. Three in the morning and nowhere to go. We were told the manager canceled and I had never canceled and made my reservations and they didn’t hold up to it. We slept in the parking lot at Safeway.!!!

Once is Enough
Will not be back to this motel. Over-priced room that is tiny, cramped, dated, smells like dirty gym socks, not maintained, or clean. Our commode was not secured to the floor and in dire need of new wax ring as sewer smells rose up into the bathroom. Can barely squeeze one person into the tiny bathroom/shower. And how about the loud, blaring train passing by around 2:30am? "No thank you!" to this property. I'm being very generous giving it a 2 rating.

Old and very poorly maintained. Owners do the bare minimum. Tiny shower, no tub. Pool was OK. Would only reccomend in an emergency. Had to park RV in side alley due to tiny parking lot.

It’s a great deal for a 2 night stay , the staff was very helpful. Like the bathroom had a lotion dispenser but it was empty. I went to the front desk and they helped me out. I enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

Never again despite the price!
Very rundown and the room stunk! The bed was all springs but at least the air worked. The towels were harsh and rough. Super tiny room and bathroom had no circulating air, which was miserable. The little bit of supplies amenities they included were soap, shower gel and shampoo- all of which were the same orange gel. No conditioner or lotion supplied, even though they had dispensers for them. The first morning we were there someone just opened our door at around 8am, without even knocking, and then said “sorry” and closed the door. Who comes to clean at room at 8am let alone doesn’t knock first? However since no one stayed there the first few nights we actually had decent WiFi. The pool looked cleaned but they had super dirty tables and four mismatched chairs to sit on, along with four dirty old mattresses lined up against the wall-so tacky!

Everything was fine but unfortunately the AC in room 117 needs maintenance. It continuously makes a loud noise as if something is caught in the fan.

It was a very decent motel. I was worried from other reviews, but it was OK! Front desk was nice and friendly. Room was small but clean, smelled ok, bathroom was small but usable. I would stay here again without hesitation next time I’m in Parker.

this picture does not represent this room. The floors were disgusting, the cupboards were old and gross, the curtains were falling off the rod. Bathroom was old and tiny. I wouldnt even take a shower in there.

Didnt realize there was a pool, until I was checking out! Would have loved to use it, We may be back. Didnt know there was a stove in kitchenette, next-time I'll know to bring pans, cook my own meals. Might be really awesome, if motel provided a couple there is a thrift store in walking distance. *Pet friendly, only $10 extra *Drive thru burrito stand nearby, open unlit 2am
