Hidden gem on the river
We enjoyed our time in Parker so much, the rental and hosts were awesome! This place is right on the river, there is a great patio and dock to enjoy it all from. The rental has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and feel like you’re at home. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great spot right on the river
The cottage was perfect. We loved being on the water. Very clean and well stocked. It felt like home. Their dog Rita is a sweetheart and she helped us not miss our 3 dogs back home as much. Thank you, Robert and Lynn for being such nice people and great hosts. We can't wait to return.

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary. Location was fantastic. Comfortable patio with great views of the river. Cozy floor plan. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Good communication with the host.

Great Location
Very impressed with the place. Enjoyed the large covered patio with plenty of good views. Good part of the river to watch the action. The place has all the amenities you would need and its all good quality stuff. The owners are great people, friendly and accomidating. Would go again.

My wife and I stayed 6 nights, the location was awesome the guest house was perfect for just my wife and I! The place had everything we needed plus having the private dock for our boat was amazing. Robert and Lynn the owners live upstairs and were so accommodating and just wonderful folks! We will definitely be back!

Great river spot
Rented this with a buddy to do some river fishing and it was great. Smaller than I expected and the couch is the second bed but it was well stocked and clean. I felt comfortable leaving all my fishing tackle in the boat at night and being able to plug in and recharge my batteries each night was clutch. Our little daily visitor Rita their dog was a nice bonus!

Wow. A slice of perfect on the water
Our stay couldn’t have been better. Lynn, the owner, met us when we arrived to show us in. We then spent the next three days waking up to the most beautiful view. The home had every single thing you could imagine or need. We were literally amazed. We sat on the patio morning, noon and night. The home had a lot lovely set of patio furniture with a fire feature and automatic shades that blocked the sun from our eyes and provided privacy. There is a canoe and paddle boards that you are welcome to use. The home also had internet, a smart tv, desk and computer with printer if you need to conduct business. We watched several movies on Netflix as a family, which was a great memory maker. Our entire stay was a series of memories that will be forever etched in our minds. We 100% recommend The Mos home on the water. We are already planning our next visit! We miss Rita our favorite little house pup!

A little piece of paradise in Parker
My wife and I found a great little place to relax and recharge. We loved the overall experience and would recommend this house without hesitation. The cleanliness, hospitality and location will keep us going back. Lynn and Robert made us feel welcome, and were courteous, friendly and professional from the moment we arrived. The house sits right on the river so we enjoyed going in the water as well as boats going by while we drank our coffee in the morning. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. The bed is very comfortable. We truly enjoyed a very relaxing getaway.

Best Place on the River
Beautiful view of the river from inside the studio. There's a private dock where we kept our pontoon. We took early morning rides and evening rides. The patio is beautiful with automatic shades, BBQ and plenty of seating. The hosts live upstairs, but you wouldn't know it. They respect privacy and encourage fun. This is really the best rental on Parker Strip. Oh and they LOVE dogs 💕

Great location!
We stayed for four nights and had a great time. The studio was beautiful, clean and comfortable for the two of us and our dog. The air conditioning was super cool and the shower/water pressure was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The deck looking out over the water was awesome especially at sunset. Truly the best location on the river. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple of days from Parker Boat rentals and kept it handy at the private dock. The owners live upstairs and they are friendly and helpful. We plan to return. Great getaway location on the Colorado river.

Had a wonderful time in this cozy and clean Riverfront Studio. Robert and Lyn are very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the studio was very clean , the patio is awesome . All of our needs were met . The location is perfect and the scenery was beautiful. We can’t wait to book our next river trip here. Highly recommend your next stay here.

Wonderful river property
We really enjoyed our stay in Parker and this property was perfect for us. It was located near to all of the things that we wanted to do. Golfing, hiking, exploring. Lyn and Robert were wonderful hosts. The outdoor space overlooking the river was beautiful and so relaxing. We spent most of our time outside. The living space was clean and it was well equipped. We highly recommend this property!

Clean, Convenient, Courtesy.
This vacation home was spotless. Not only did it look clean, it felt clean. This property is conveniently located approximately 8 miles south of the town of Parker. Walmart and Running Man Fuel on the close side of town. Robert and Lyn were very helpful with communication on arrival and departure. Will stay here again. Family loved this Water/Dock property. Beautiful studio with amazing patio!
This location was perfect for my family. It was a well laid out studio that never made us feel cramped. We only wish we had utilized the spacious patio more. Beautiful views of the river right out the door. The owner lives on the top floor and they were very welcoming and accommodating. The room also smelled great thanks to an infuser. Comfortable bed and couch. The TV in the living room did have a bad internet connection and was constantly freezing and glitching, but the one in the bedroom worked great. Only caution is if anyone in your party has trouble navigating stairs this is not the place for you. My husband was recovering from a sprained ankle and it made going up and down the stairs unloading and loading pretty difficult for him. Overall we loved our stay and highly recommend this property.

Great place but a little too close to water for 2 year old.
The owners are wonderful and made the entire process easy. Rita the dog was amazing with my granddaughter. The property was just as advertised but the closeness To the water made a nervous grandma crazy. We will rent again without the grandkids.

Exactly what we needed
The space is small but, cozy and clean. There is just enough room for a family of four to comfortably relax for the week. The outdoor space is covered and has plenty of great places to sit and enjoy the awesome views. The dock was perfect for our boat and launching in the river was very convenient. Robert and Lynn were great host, very pleasant people and accommodating.

We WILL stay again.
Love it! This studio apt has a dock and river as the front yard. Wonderful place to watch the river go by (or jump in). The owners live above, on ground level (there are stairs to apt), and are cordial and welcoming. Beautiful real estate!

This property was very clean, comfortable and affordable. The location is amazing, with incredible Colorado River views from the massive riverfront deck or from inside through the huge picture window. The owners, Robert and Lynn, are extremely friendly and thoughtful. While they live on the top floor of this two story home, they respect their guests’ privacy, giving you the feeling that you are the only ones on the property. This home is pet friendly, which is the main reason why we chose it. Instead of putting are 4-legged family member in a kennel we were able to enjoy his company while on vacation. Robert and Lynn make sure that the property has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. All you need to bring is your toothbrush, and I’m sure they can provide you that if need be. They even have kayaks you can use, as well as dock space if you chose to bring your boat to enjoy the wide, deep Colorado. We had a great time here and are already planning our next stay at this property. Thank you Robert and Lynn!

Right on the water, private wet slip, gorgeous patio to sit out on , bbq and enjoy the view. Owner was easy to communicate with. Allowing more flexible check in /out times for us. He refunded our security deposit with in a couple hours of us checking out. We enjoyed every minute of our trip and made some new friends with the couple next door. Will definitely be back and highly recommend !!

Great little place to stay
We stayed over Memorial day weekend. Robert and Lynn were over the top accommodating and were a joy to visit with. Yes, they live upstairs and did come down to hang with us and the next door renters, but only after we invited them and we never felt they were intrusive. There is parking for one car on the property. Across the road was big enough to park several cars and/or a truck and boat trailer. They have a private launch ramp that while it is narrow it is well maintained and not shallow. You can always utilize the public launch at La Paz which is close by. Once you get there, the downstairs unit is a bit of a hump to lug supplies to, but once down there it is worth it. The deck is amazing!! Plenty of space for several couples, or a family. There is small two burner BBQ, that isn't built for more than two racks of ribs, so keep that in mind if you have more people over. Inside, it is a studio unit. There isn't a separate bedroom, the bed is separated from the living room with a curtain so be prepared if you have a small group for no privacy. I would say two couples that are friendly or a small family is a good fit size wise. The sectional couch was comfortable and large enough for two adults, and there was a cot available if you need it. The bathroom is good sized though, but only has a walk in shower (no tub). With 2 couples it was adequate. Kitchen is small, but functional and has a coffee maker, toaster and small crock pot. The pan selection is on the lean side though, so if you plan to cook every night you may want to bring some pans. It does have a small oven, an apartment sized fridge and microwave. There were a variety of dishes and cups to use as well. Docking your boat is a challenge, it fit our 21 foot ski boat no problem but it is tight on approach and the current is VERY strong here. Your boat will get beat up from the traffic going by constantly, on the holiday weekend it was brutal. But there are great ball fenders on the dock at least which helped. The stairs into the water are super slick, so if you have small children or drunk people that could be a concern. Overall, it was a great place and we will definitely be back again if we can.

We're glad Barbara and her group enjoyed their stay! The rough water and strong current are completely dependant on the timing. Holiday weekends are crazy out here, many boats on the river and the wakeboard boats make huge waves when they come close by. The water current also can vary a lot, some days you cannot swim fast enough to keep up with current other days its as a calm as a lake! All dependant or water operations and downriver water needs. We fully stock the kitchen with the items you could need, if you need anything else please ask, we got it all upstairs! BBQ can easily handle needs for 6 people, we've cooked 4 racks of ribs or 10 burgers at time. We look forward to Barbara's group to come back again. Thanks, Robert and Lynn

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The house set up was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable. Loved being able to move from one patio to the other as sun was moving.
