„Linens that were provided were dirty. Had to ask for towels initially. Toilet seat was broke. No hot water. Very dirty rooms. Outside looked nice. Stairwells had people congregating in them. It seemed people were living there. Requested refund so we could go to another hotel and they granted it even though we had reserved through Expedia on non refundable reservation.
