Great location and you can't ask for a better beach. The point is amazing especially at low tide. With that being said, the accommodations aren't great. The outside is very run down. The landscape needs trimmed. There's a pile of things people have left behind that all probably needs thrown out. The place inside is pretty dirty. The walls and floors under the furniture are covered in dust. They leave you a shark vacuum but no broom. It would be nice to keep the sand cleaned up throughout the week that accumulates on the deck and stairs. Also, they tell you it has a shower. Well, if you like to stand in the tub you see in the pictures and hold the shower head while trying to wash your hair and body, then by all means, call that a shower. We used the outdoor shower that is on ground level because it was more like a real shower and had hot water. The outdoor furniture is awful. Nothing to sit on if you go on the sand. The chairs on the top deck are falling apart. If you drink coffee, there's no regular coffee maker, just the Kuerig. There's no dishwasher so bring regular dish soap because they don't supply it. There are no curtains on any of the bedroom windows.
If you don't mind having the absolute bare necessities then you'll love it here.
