. Bref l’annonce est trĂšs fidĂšle Ă  ce que vous louez et c’est tres apprĂ©ciable. Le contact avec le gerant est aisĂ© et la remise des clefs a ete simple et agrĂ©able. Le seul point nĂ©gatif et qui n’est pas du fait de l’appartement sont les travaux dans la rue, qui nous a privĂ© de sommeil (les ouvriers allemands commencent tres tot) et surtout d’une place de parking bien pratique,...

« You can't beat the location if wanting to be on the Partenkirchen side of town. Ludwigstrasse is the prettiest street in town, lots of great restaurants within a block. « This is a beautiful apartment located in the historic area on Ludwigstrasse. It has all the amenities you need and also has off street parking. The only negative was there were no instructions on how to open or close the garage door. (you need to pull the black strap that’s hanging inside the garage). Die Lage ist perfekt! Viele Ausflugsziele sind zu Fuß (bzw. im Anschluss ĂŒber die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel) erreichbar, wĂ€hrend das eigene Auto sicher in der Tiefgarage verweilen kann. « We had a 4 day stay in Garmisch and the accommodation was beautiful. A typical german style apartment. Very clean with everything we needed. There was a wellness suite in the basement with sauna, solarium and various other wellness bits. The rooms were very clean and the bed large and very comfortable. No oven or microwave, but a hob, fridge and TV. The collection of the key for the apartment was easy and just a lovely stay in a beautiful part of Germany. »

On Ă©tait censĂ© avoir un dĂ©jeuner compris dans le prix, mais en fait, ce n’est valable qu’au moment du Check in et pas du Check out, du coup nous avons dĂč payer notre dĂ©jeuner."
