Attentive Service; Fantastic Location; Lovely house
The house is prettier than the pictures. We had a couple of issues, such as where are the beach towels, and each issue was answered within an hour. The management agency came by several times in the first few days to see to our every need. The location is 1 block from the dunes and a great surf break. Shops, surf schools, grocery and restaurants are between 1 block and 5 blocks. Hose in front and outside shower perfect for keeping sand outside. Modern kitchen and baths, nicely furnished, good size bedrooms.

Fabulous property near beach
Our Family loved our stay and will definitely visit again. It was well appointed - more like someone’s home than a rental and the outdoor area for drying towels & storing surfboards was great! The ocean views were an added bonus! Thanks again. Would definitely recommend.

Nice house in good distance to the beach
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, comfortable and well equipped. The enclosed courtyard is great for the kids to play in. It is only a short walk to the different beaches and surf spots as well as to a small super market and several restaurants. We generally had a good time there. However, the pictures in the description we based our booking on did not reflect what we got. The views of the ocean were taken from the top floor terrace. After our arrival we were told that the top floor is not included in the rent. For us, travelling with small children and therefore with limited mobility, this extra sea view terrace was an important point in making our booking. The balconies in the first floor are smaller and only allow glimpses of the sea through gaps in the surrounding houses. And while the courtyard enclosure is great for providing a safe place for children, it made us feel hemmed in a bit. Also, the garage is not available for your car or gear, meaning you have to carry your (wet and sandy) beach/surfing equipment through the living and dining area to the back courtyard. The house merits a higher score but we wanted to express our dissatisfaction with how it was advertised to us.

What we offer in our listing is provided to our guests. As we said to this family, we keep our personal stuff in the attic and our car in the garage. We have nowhere else to keep our stuff but here. So sorry they did not get the view they were expecting. Glad their children were safely able to play in our yard. The cleaning is done before you come and after you leave. We expect some sand in the living and dining area, though the gear can be washed in the front before you enter the house. Thank you for your review. As you say, we deserve better. Perfekt hus nära till allt.
Vi bodde i huset i 10 dagar och allt var perfekt. Nära till stranden och ännu närmre till supermarketen med nybakad frukost. Två duschar (Tre om man räknar den när ute) gjorde livet smidigt.

Lovely house, great location!
We have just returned from a lovely week in Baleal. The house was lovely, had everything we needed. Fatima made us feel very welcome- even leaving Easter bunnies for the children. There is a little supermarket 2 mins walk away which has everything you need. It is lovely to be able to see the sea from the balcony. Thanks very much!

Spacious and clean house, well-situated with a nice owner.
We had a great time in Nydia's house and enjoyed our stay very much. Nydia and Fatima were both very friendly and responsive. The house was very clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed for a family of four. It's only a four minute walk to the beach which was great for checking the surf every morning. After a heating problem was fixed (thanks to the great efforts by Fatima and Nydia) it was also warm enough during cool January. We will definitely come back!
