« Stayed at this property August 2-4 2026 with my husband & another couple . The place was very clean & modern . There was no kitchen table which we found inconvenient. Only 2 chairs with small coffee table up against wall the place sleeps 4 . An nespresso machine but no pods we had to go out buy coffee . Cookware is terrible . TV had very limited channels . Never heard from host I had to email him the day of to get code to get in . While these are only minor complaints I feel that a little better...

« Very clean and bright space, all new appliances. 1 queen bed (which is on the softer side rather than firm) but there is plenty of space to have a blow up mattress if you have an extra person/children in your party. »

« The whistling kettle was a great home away from home place to stay. Everything was provided from coffee, to fresh eggs, butter and bread to soap pods for the washer dryer The bed was very comfortable, the room was very spacious and it was easy for us to fix breakfast. The hosts were willing to interact whenever we needed help or had a question. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable setting. »

« The location of the site was close enough (15 minutes) to downtown and amenities by car. Inside the property was clean, and modern but was unfinished and unpolished. We could make do with the cooking supplies (ie crepe pan or a pot for cooking eggs). Curb appeal could also use some cleaning up. Weeds coming up through the front steps and broken patio furniture first greets you. There were no toiletries or hair dryer but communication with the owner was good that he ran it over. »

« This charming apartment is ideally located - just minutes from The Rooms, the Basilica, and downtown. The balcony is a wonderful feature with an amazing view. Thank you Elizabeth and team for a most enjoyable stay. I really hope I can return and enjoy a longer stay! Carson »

« Room wasn't properly cleaned and made ready. Issue was resolved easily enough. It would be a nice stay in the summer but it's not easily accessible and if there are people above it can be loud. Also, the thermostat settings for a basement apartment in Newfoundland in February need to be changed. You wake frozen »
