« We stay here once or twice a year when visiting friends in Mumbles. It's super convenient, has nice views, and is clean enough. It is dated, not luxury, but fine for our purposes, and cost is reasonable. Beware some rooms are up a lot of stairs after walking up a steep driveway to reach the property. »

Le point noir c'est la situation de l’hôtel qui se trouve proche d'une autoroute urbaine ce qui mériterait des huisseries isolantes d'un point de vue phonique ce qui n'est pas le cas actuellement. »

« Accueil minimal, on arrive dans la chambre : fenêtre ouverte, pas de chauffage (Il fait 2° dehors) On allume, on attend...rien, on téléphone à la réception...ah oui, on va vous le brancher !!!! Flacon à produit de douche vide, boite à Kleenex...vide (c'est pas essentiel, mais quand on prépare une chambre...on remplace ce qui est terminé) et pour couronner le tout...la tuyauterie du siècle dernier avec un bruit d'enfer »

« The hotel was nice, but the checkin was quite a pain. I booked via expedia.fr and within a few hours they send le an email since they didnt ubderstood sole french. So i specifically told them i booked a "2 single beds" room. When i arrived with my colleague, they gave us a "1 double bed" room. We went back to the lobby and happily changed the room. Again, it was a "1 double bed" room... So we wemt back and they didnt found another room. So they suggested that one of us sleep on the sofa. I m not...

« Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. « Boutique hotel in the Uplands area of Swansea. Good ambiance as you walk in the door to the hallway. The oriental suite was full of character and great attention to detail to maintain the theme in the room. Plenty of amenities to use whilst in the room. 2 min walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. A great find. »

« The lodge was in the grounds of the Welcome Inn but private and without disturbance. Nice accommodation. Handy for the Gower facilities and beaches. Would come again. »
