„Our stay in Aomori was made truly special by the exceptional kindness and support of the entire hotel team.
On our way from Shin-Hakodate to Shin-Aomori on the Shinkansen, we unfortunately left a backpack on the train. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff immediately offered to help and contacted the JR service hotline on our behalf. Later that afternoon, they even accompanied us to the JR information counter in Aomori to help us communicate and follow up on the situation.
