« Host is great with communication. The unit itself is on the older side and does need some maintenance done. It’s pretty clean and is situated in a good central location. The beds are really on the soft side, so if you prefer a firm mattress, be prepared. The living room furniture is also pretty well broken in. Soft and cushy to say the least.The experience working with the host was very good and he is very responsive! We appreciate that very much. »

« This place was perfect. Clean, modern finishes, and very well managed. I HIGHLY recommend it. At every touch point, the hosts John and Barbara excelled. And, the location in the community is perfectly situated close to both pools and the Tiki Bar. This is not only the best place in the Purple Parrott but perhaps the best run VRBO property I've ever stayed. »

« The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed.
