Emerald Isle began a comprehensive modernization project to improve the building late 2025. Noise will be minimized during quiet hours, however we are unaware of the levels during the day or when they will be at peak.
Must be 25+ to reserve. Parents cannot reserve for a child under 25 years of age.

Guest Access:
Guests receive a gate code for entry to the property and access to the private parking lot. The condo also has its own private entrance with a unique guest code for easy, secure access. Our office is located just one block away, so weâre always nearby if guests need anything during their stay. đŽ
The Neighborhood:
Emerald Isle sits in a prime location on Pensacola Beach and offers a gated property designed for comfort and peace of mind. Guests are provided with entry codes for both the gate and the building, creating a secure and private environment throughout their stay.
The resort offers excellent amenities for guests of all ages, including two outdoor swimming pools and a relaxing hot tub. There is also an on-site fitness center for those who like to keep up with their workouts while away from home.
Every condo at Emerald Isle features a Gulf-front balcony, perfect for taking in the incredible views of the emerald-green water and soft white sand. The resort is also conveniently located within walking distance of many popular Pensacola Beach restaurants, shops, and attractionsâmaking it a wonderful choice for an easy, relaxing beach vacation. đ

Had a great time staying here with the wife. Place looked just as it did in the pics. Location was perfect- 10 min walk to Pensacola Beachâs restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here again!
It was very beautiful place with an amazing view. Loved the area and the convenience of all the stuff around the condo. The amenities in the condo where great and the beds where very comfortable.
You can't beat the view from the balcony of Emerald Isle. Location is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants and the property is as described in the listing -- perfect for a small family or group.

Newly renovated with beautiful colors and furniture. Wonderful balcony. Walk to restaurants and to get groceries. Secure parking and building. Easy access to pool and beach. Would stay there again.
Our stay was wonderful, the condo was spotless and when we got there we receive the necessary email to enter the property and condo with no problems. Any needs that we had B&B addressed immediately. We will be back!
This is a great condo - great location, clean, comfy furniture and amazing view! My husband uses a manual wheelchair which limits our options for booking private properties. This worked for our needs! The bed heights were great, bedsides and bathrooms had enough room to get in. The view was the best and we even saw dolphins one morning from the balcony!
This condo was the best we have ever stayed at over the last 10 years of booking on VRBO. The beds and living room furniture we comfortable. We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped with great utensils and cookware, somewhat a rarity in our experience. The location is walking distance to restaurants and fun activities nearby. We loved the floor to ceiling windows to look at the ocean and the short walk right to the beach everyday. We could not recommend this property more.
The condo was very nice and well prepared for our stay. We were more than comfortable in the condo. The pool area was nice and the beach access was convenient. The road construction outside the building made it inconvenient to get even down the road for dinner. With young children, walking along a busy road was not an option. The one negative about the building was being down to 1 elevator. With so many people checking in and out at various times and others going to the beach with their beach carts, we often had to wait through several attempts to get on the elevator. Just to get off of our floor could take as much as 15-20 minutes, especially if you had a beach cart or luggage cart. This should have been made very clear in the listing. It was unfortunate because we liked the condo and the area, but i think we will try somewhere else next time.
We had a wonderful time, it was a beautiful place But ... the front entry into the gate was a hassle almost everytime. No assistance when needed help with the front gate. Often multiple cars waiting with the same issue.
Nice property in a great location. A couple of issues need corrected.
Really liked the location and property. Very clean except an ant issue in the kitchen. When I called the property they said they always have the issue and spray monthly. They did come out and spray but that did not fix the issue. We had purchased food that was ruined before we knew of the issue then had to keep all remaining food out of the kitchen during our stay. :(. Also no welcome packet so we could not access their WI-FI nor know what the discharge instructions were when leaving the condo. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
