this property is just as advertised and was clean and perfect! BUT… my checkin process was really frustrating. aside from the mgmt co’s emails going to my spam folder, i had to ask them to send the lease agreement as i never received it originally. when filled out i never got the arrival instructions (checked all folders and texts) even after checkin time! they were pretty responsive to texts, so after sending info to me at 8pm on checkin day, the door code sent didnt work! finally got in at 10:30pm on checkin day, then 9am next day received all the original email and texts about checkin!! too late by then! AND unfortunately my beach tent was taken from the garage, but not the condo’s beach chair which was just moved over to snatch my neso (expensive) tent i brought in my luggage from texas! i’m sad. i used to live on pensacola beach and NEVER had to worry about theft. and it’s not like this building is along the main road, u would really have to be stalking the garage to know about what’s in there. bummed.
