Family getaway

House was infested with roaches as well as 3 rats we watched at night run along fence. We couldn’t keep food out and killed an upwards of 50 baby and grown roaches a day. So many maintenance things needed. The smell of the house was horrific. House is dated and description online is very inaccurate. AC didn’t work upon arriving however they did get it fixed quickly. Pool was nice. Location was good. Otherwise miserable stay. This was the worst vrbo experience we’ve ever experienced. We felt the ratings were so far off.

Excellent Pensacola Beach location, lots of space, nice pool w/outdoor shower and sitting

For our extended family break, the location was great; loved being close to the Sound and the Gulf with beautiful, white beach and fun surf, easy to restaurants and shops, and the bridge to Pensacola. The biggest drawback for us, with allergies and mold sensitivities, was that the house smelled and showed mold and mildew. Unfortunately, it was the worst in the big bedroom (2 beds) and bathroom downstairs. Overpowering smell, we all felt it. Otherwise the space and pool were wonderful, the furniture and decorations high quality, the kitchen well stocked and equipped. Beach towels are needed, but the bed linens and bath towels were good. Easy to find, lots of parking, on the road, but quiet.

Nothing short of Amazing

Mary was amazing! She went above and beyond in assisting us with places to go. She even answered her phone for me on Thanksgiving. 5 Star stay!!! My family did not want to leave.

Great Family Vacation

We Loved this great rental. Mary made our booking and stay so easy. She and Jeff(maintenace) were so friendly, helpful and hospitable. Perfect location to beach, bay and just a few short blocks to all the shops, restaurants & entertainment. The beautil pool & outdoor areas were fun and family oriented. This one is really Special!!

Perfect Getaway!

Our vacation was perfect! The house was great - stocked with everything we needed - soap for every sink, spices for cooking, dishes, small appliances - it was like being at home! It was only a short walk to the beach which was paved the whole way. The management was very attentive! We had a small maintenance issue shortly after arriving and it was promptly and professionally corrected. The pool was well maintained and it was a must for our family - we don't like to spend all day at the beach. The outdoor covered patio was a bonus that we also enjoyed - we even used it one night to watch a movie! The location on the island was perfect - still close enough to the boardwalk to take the trolley, but far enough away so that the beach was not super crowded. We had older children (10-12yo and teenagers in our group and it was the perfect place for use to stay. Everyone had their own bedroom and there were even extra eating spaces which helped everyone spread out. There were also items available for infants/toddlers if you have any in your group. I could not have asked for anything more! I would recommend "My Sisters" to any larger group looking to stay on the island!

Best Vacation

This property is amazing! The closeness to the beach and then having a pool was great. We enjoyed both and the house was great accommodating all of our friends and the kitchen is fully stocked! Definitely will go again. Mary was the best she answered every question I had months before we went. We had wifi issues and they were fixies immediately! Don’t hesitate book this house!

Paradise at the beach

Went with my family.Me my husband 2 sons ,mother and father,sister and mother in law.Big house lots of room ,very clean ,very nice pool fenced in back yard for privacy.Just a short walk to the beach.There is so much great things I could write about this place .We love this place and will definitely be going back!!

B.E.A.C.H. - Best Escape Anyone Can Have

"My Sisters" was everything it promised to be and more! Our group of 11 found ourselves spending our spare time relaxing around the covered patio and swimming area. The entire property was spacious inside and out. No cramped quarters here. And each bedroom offered something unique to meet the varied needs of our crew. (We did have to play rock, paper, scissors for the master suite) I was a bit concerned about crossing the 4-lane street to access the beach but since the kids always went with an adult it didn't pose a problem. Driveway to sand in less than 4 minutes. Woo-hoo! Mary and Jeff were great to work with. Always accomodating and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

My Sisters

Every year for 15 years running we have a group of 10 of us that gets together for a couple of days. Finding a place that can house all of us without draining the checkbook is a task sometimes. This might of been the most comfortable stay we’ve had. The house was clean and fullly stocked with everything we needed. Outdoor amenities were great , pool was huge , outdoor lounge with TV was awesome, plenty of parking and a 3min walk to the beach. Check in was easy and the host even sent a message as soon as cleaning was done so we could arrive early if we wanted. Overall 5 stars. We usually travel to a different city every year but may just come back next year. Good job!

My sisters were awesome

Loved Communication, loved that they had many complmentary entertaining stuff... Table games floats, bunch of pool and beach toys for us to use... Tv's in every room and this is a very spacious house.

Family Blue Angels trip

We had 5 adults and 4 children—ages 11 & under. Pool and pool toys were wonderful. Accommodations were clean and Mary & Jeff were great, if we had a problem.

Perfect Location

Overall we had a great stay! I would like to say first of all I would give the house itself a 4 star, but I'd give Jeff and Mary a 5+ star! Mary and Jeff have been the best people to work with out of any place we have ever stayed! They answered all our questions and helped us when needed. Mary even text me a day and a half early to let me know we could show up whenever we'd like which saved 5 of the family members tons of money and the pain of finding a hotel overnight. So that was EXTREMELY appreciated! The house is in the BEST location. I don't say this lightly because I have been coming down to the emerald coast for nearly 20 years. It is close enough to the tourist attractions but far enough away that it is pretty quiet. BEST BEACH. We were worried about crossing the street to get to the beach but it wound up not being a hassle in ANY way! The views of the sound were nice also. The house felt larger than the photos except the bedroom that is right off the living room and has balcony doors. It was very small, little privacy since they are accordion doors. We also didn't think that the house would carry our voices so much! It was difficult having a 5 year old trying to sleep in the house even when people were whispering in the living room. We absolutely LOVED EVERYTHING outside and the pool really is GIANT! Larger than any private pool I have been in. Having two washer/dryers and two refrigerators was AMAZING and much needed for 15 people. Everything was so clean except a few drawers in the house and one of the shelves in the closet. Everyone loved the beds soooo comfy! The only thing I think would need to be added would be a beach wagon, more beach towels and extra blankets or throws. Otherwise this place was more than enough of what we needed. We had very little complaints. Had a couple leaks only because a tropical storm decided to come through during our first few days. The can opener needs replacing and their are a few outlets in the master bedroom that didn't work. There is only one bath tub in the entire house. We had a minor issue with the pool but it was fixed. The house had AMAZING decor and we talked about it almost daily, however there was a few too many nicnaks. I was paranoid my son was going to break something. The family all agreed that the best room in the house was the small dining room with the large windows. VERY relaxing! My family can be pretty particular and picky so I'd say it was a success! THANK YOU!

Awesome Stay!!

We rented for our annual friend beach trip. This beach house certainly did not disappoint! Well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of room! Comfortable beds (that’s a plus). Short walk to the beach! BEAUTIFUL sand and water. We plan to come back next year! Can’t wait 😊
