We have stayed in different units is this building for the last seven years. It is obvious that significant remodeling has been done and the overall appearance is much improved. That leads to our biggest complaint. The floors were replaced. But the contractors did a poor job of matching seams between floor segments and left a significant bump of 1/2 to 3/4 inch leaving each of the three bedrooms. This could have been addressed with a rounded transition seam/cover. My wife and I both tripped and almost fell 2 or 3 times in our first few hours there. Because the floors are all the same color, the tripping hazard is not obvious. We raised the issue to the maintenance staff. But the owners could only suggest putting something else over the seam. We were there for a month, so we put white towels over the seam to make it more obvious. We did the same on bedrooms 2&3 when we had guests. Other items needing attention or replacement were the washer and drier which were very loud and vibrate, and the dish washers which didn’t work in the heated dry cycle and may have a leaking gasket on the door. The living room couches are getting old and soft. All that said, we have reserved the unit again for February 2027 in hopes that our concerns will be addressed by the owners.
