Love the condo and loved the whole condominium complex.

The unit was very clean and updated. Enjoyed the beach view and access. Liquid Life was very accommodating and easy to work with. The unit was well stocked with basic things and also offered beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We had a great experience and plan to be back again!

This was a fantastic property and very clean/updated. All around pleased.

We absolutely loved this unit and property!! The elevator was out of commission one day and several of the appliances weren’t very effective, but overall it was definitely an excellent experience.

Condo is fine. Liquid Life is horrible.

The condo was a good value, clean, and well-appointed with a nice balcony. But there is a reason why there are so many bad reviews of Liquid Life Vacation Rentals management company. On day two we discovered that the ice machine didn't work. No problem. We used refrigerator ice and bought bagged ice. On day three - AFTER washing a load of beach towels and clothing, we realized the clothes dryer didn't work. We called Liquid Life to report both problems. They "opened a ticket" and assured us we didn't have to be in the condo for the repair person. We had no choice but to take our wet load of clothes to a local laundry mat. We reported the dryer problem for the next three days with no response. Their call center representatives consistently confirmed that a "ticket" had been opened but were otherwise unable to help or give us an estimated day for repairs. On day six we were leaving the condo and called to ask that repairs not be made while we were trying to pack. That's when the repair person showed up - just in time to fix the dryer for the next renters. Liquid Life never reached out to us. We initiated all communication. We used dirty beach towels for four days. We had to pack our beach towels and beachwear wet which ruined a few pieces of white clothing due to the color bleeding of red and pink clothes. These problems were not the condo owners' fault, but they need to reconsider their management choice.

Amazing Stay

This place was everything it promised. Very clean and up to date, beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to the beach and to all the amenities such as the pools, pickle ball and tennis, workout room and sauna. Close to many of the local restaurants and easy access to shopping. Would highly recommend! We’re looking forward to our next visit soon!

The property was perfect for us. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, great balcony, calm and peaceful decor. It was a perfect getaway for a 75 year old mom and her delightful and busy 47 year old daughter. We love the location and hope to return.

Updated, comfortably furnished condo, directly on the beach. The views of the gulf were breathtaking, from the inside, as well as the spacious balcony. Check -in Check -out times weren’t great. Could not access the condo until nearly 5:30, but had to be out before 10:00 on the day of check-out. Could supply a few kitchen items, such as salt/pepper, sugar

Perfect place for our family of 4

Condo was clean, and updated. Check in was super easy. We love the location, we actually walked to the FloraBama twice. Beautiful place, beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

Perfect location for families that enjoy tranquil setting. No loud music, parties, extremely quiet by 10 PM every night. Very family friendly. This specific condo was recently renovated brand new looked amazing extremely clean. Can’t wait to book our vacation here next

Peaceful condo on the beach

We loved staying at this condo on the beach. It was close to restaurants and the grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets. The mattresses were more firm than my liking. If you are cold natured at all, you will want to bring blankets. Due to covid the rental company could not bring any extras. The bedding was thin and I like lots of fluff. Overall we loved our stay!! We will definitely be back.
