We live upstairs above the suite. Suite is part our main residence located below us. Suite has its own address #95 and private access. Not accessible from our suite upstairs.

This is a basement 1 bedroom suite. Full kitchen and washer dryer. Furniture and bed are comfortable. There is Wifi. Close to downtown and KVR trail.

Superlative place in a central location
This well designed and very well appointed basement apartment is just right for a couple. It's in a very quiet neighborhood, has good off street parking and is central to all the area has to offer. We visited in winter but you can tell there's a lot of reasons to visit in the summer. Mike was a great host, he and Mary have obviously put a lot of thought into this apartment.
