Lovely, quirky older home on a corner lot with a large yard for dogs to roam around or for children to play and stretch their legs. Bedrooms were quiet, cool, and comfortable. Lots of space in the kitchen, which was fully stocked with necessary tools and dishes, etc. Great dining area and comfy couch we used for visiting with family. Bathroom is small but serviceable, with plenty of towels and washcloths tucked in a hallway cabinet just outside the door. And a second half bath is upstairs, if needed. Good to know: there are a few stairs outside to climb up before entering, then two half flights of stairs to get into the house, one of which is a fairly steep set of four steps so hold onto the rail. We enjoyed our stay very much!
Our lodging was a welcome respite after a long day. Very cozy and clean home, we didn't encounter any issues so we had no contact with the property owner. I would highly recommend this property.
Quaint, little place. Very quiet neighborhood. Very easy access to restaurants and highways. Some ants sighted, but not menacing. Seems to be made for shorter people but very nice. A little more information regarding amenities would be helpful (TV and A/C were not very intuitive). Bathtub faucets are in need of some repair or tlc. All in all, a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended.
This was the perfect house. Yeah the one tv had us kinda fighting over lol but Peoria definitely had us and the kids busy. They absolutely loved the surprise addition of the park which was actually not listed in the photos, so that was great.
Great home in a great location! We've stayed multiple times in this home and it has been lovely every time. The host is communicative and helpful, highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a quaint stay in Peoria.
The house is at the end of a dead end road. Very easy to find. The house was very clean, had plenty of room. Carissa responded quickly to any questions I had. If we are in the area again I would definitely stay again.
It was great only one suggestion cause we was with our kids and they had they game system and me and wife wanted to watch movies but only one tv so suggest just add tvs to the rooms other then that itâs perfect
This was an adorable little house in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was responsive to my phone call. She listed the property as pet-friendly for dogs only and although the property was clean, it had pet hair on all cloth surfaces like couches, blankets, and rugs. The attic is quaint but was freezing! The outlets in the attic also didn't work but it is possible that they were attached to a light switch that we didn't notice. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
