A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated, but apparently that’s not part of the hotel’s policy. I stayed for half the week, and the sheets were stained (yellowish), there were cockroaches and flies, cigarette butts all over the hallways, and a smell of cigarettes and dampness; there was no TV or microwave, and the water was cut off for a day.
