„The hotel is kind of a hidden gem by Sunway Lagoon! Lots of dining options and shopping within walking distance.“

„There is a strong musty smell the moment the lift open on the 7th floor. The safe didn’t work. At 11.15pm and I was still wide awake, The loud music downstairs is still banging away. The noise level is insane. It’s impossible to get any sleep. I am staying in the seventh floor and it is so loud you can feel the vibration. “

„A disaster. I spent two sleepless nights. Lots of hair on the bed and on the floor. Suspicious and dirty stains on the bed sheets. Plastic garbage in the shelf! Most annoying: Extremely loud. Rooms are not isolated at all. Unfriendly receptionist! I got woke up by a neighbor twice every night because of the loud music. The reception who heard the music too did nothing. Even after my complain. Just like "I don't give a sh* attitude. When I took action myself and knocked on the neighbor's ...

„The hotel was very basic but it had everything I needed. There was a restaurant nearby and a few convenience stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rates were very cheap given the locale. Wasn’t easy to get Grab or a taxi, but there was a nearby MRT station a 15-minute walk away. I would stay there again.“
