A stroll along the beach leads you to the nearby local shops, pubs and restaurants, or just a short drive from the property, is the village of Pevensey (1 mile) with its striking castle, now an English Heritage site. Further along the coast, are the towns of Bexhill-on-Sea (7.5 miles) and Eastbourne with the Sovereign Harbour Marina (2.5 miles), a great place for a spot of lunch whilst admiring the wide variety of boats moored up. The Towner, also in Eastbourne, is a stylish contemporary art gallery, which is not to be missed along with The Observatory Science Centre and the impressive Herstmonceux Castle situated in the same grounds, just a 5-mile drive away.


Stairs from the entrance lead up to this well-presented couples’ apartment located on the first floor. Step inside this inviting property and after dropping off your shoes and coats in the hallway head into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax on the sofa after a busy day exploring the local area and unwind by catching up on your favourite programmes on the TV. Delicious meals can be whipped up in the well-appointed kitchen before sitting down to dine and enjoy the sea views from the dining area.
