Everything was good during my stay except Elevators needed mopping in the evening that remained messy until the morning after it was reported. Also, in my room towards the bottom on the wall that leads to the closet where some spots/stains that were overlooked during cleaning.

No one was at check in when we arrived and we waited 20 minutes until employee Janesa arrived, early for her shift, was very apologetic and checked us in along with 2 other guests who were also waiting. No idea where the assigned employee was. Janessa jumped in and was very helpful.

I didn’t like having a $50 per night hold put on my credit card. When someone pays in advance for a week with a credit card, there shouldn’t be a further charge to the card that adds up to more than half the cost of the room from the beginning! The night manager was kind enough to remove the hold when I complained about it, but it was put back on two days later. For this reason alone, I will no longer be staying at this hotel.
