1/5 Stars - Comfortable Unit, But Major Safety Hazards for Seniors
While the actual unit itself was safe and clean in terms of security, the structural layout and severe safety hazards made our stay incredibly unpleasant and ultimately unsafe.
First, be aware that there is **no elevator** in this building. Our unit was located on the fourth floor, which meant we had to haul heavy luggage up and down four flights of stairs with zero assistance. This is a grueling trek and should be explicitly stated in the listing.
More importantly, the bathroom is a major liability and a serious fall hazard for senior citizen guests. The bathtub did not even have a stopper, and the setup is incredibly dangerous. Tragically, my elderly mother suffered a fall in their tub during our stay. Management needs to address the lack of basic accessibility and safety features immediately before someone else gets seriously hurt.
To top it all off, we were forced to evacuate the building due to an annoying false fire alarm. The deafening sound wouldn’t shut off, forcing everyone outside just to escape the noise.
It is a shame because the physical property has potential, but between the grueling four-flight climb, the terrifying fall my mother experienced, and the disruptive alarm, I absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone—especially families traveling with older relatives.
