There are a few aspects of the apartment that are nice (location and comfortable beds), but unfortunately it is well worn and needs much improvement. It was not a comfortable place to be in given issues below. Brownish water dripped from the ceiling above the toilet in the back bathroom directly on and around the toilet, creating a large puddle on the floor and making the toilet not usable. Other items that should be addressed for future guests include a sink in the same bathroom that does not drain well, a sink in the bathroom in the hallway that has a faucet that does not turn off easily and only has hot water (no cold water), broken/missing towel racks, and shelves in both bathrooms, and a broken couch arm.There are stains on the carpet and sofa in the living room. There is some noise from nearby bars at night. The carpets outside the unit were stained and quite dirty. The place has been treated roughly by prior guests and owners haven’t kept up with prior damage.
