Our sheets were ripped, our comforter was blood stained, we asked 3 times before they changed them out. Someone was assaulted at 5:30 am. Parting was going on all night. We ran out of shampoo and body wash-it never showed up. Terrible experience

I had a really good time staying at the Logan. It was quiet, it was very clean, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was very good and the ambiance was beautiful. I will definitely be back to try out the spa.

I initially booked two king standard rooms for two nights we were late arriving (3:30am Sat morning) so we ended up with two double rooms. We were then told to pay for accidental fees for both rooms for two nights (extra $600 charge did get refunded 5days later). We also rode down with two motorcycles was charged for parking both and our one vehicle ($$65 a day per vehicle) It was just mad random charges very expensive literally parking and accidental fees cost more than the actual stay. Oh and no microwave in rooms had to have from desk warm our fool since it was late and nothing was open but door dash but by then we were penny pinching lol we’ll shout out to front desk staff !!!

The room was a little run down. There was no conditioner or moisturizer in the bathroom. I paid extra for breakfast included, but to take advantage of breakfast you have to dine in the restaurant.

Hotel is very nice the rooftop is very nice but one of the staff was rude and also the restaurant one staff member was not nice. He lied about the reservations I did it with the website. Just to be clear it was two male hosts that were rude. To the managers make sure the hosts are nice to people staying at the hotel.

Everything about the Logan is fantastic except the parking it is highway robbery! I stayed there for one night and my family came to pick me up for dinner and because they were there over an hour waiting me they were charged $65 for parking as was I. I understand why i was charged but not my family who lives in the area and only came to carry me out for dinner. Be mindful when arriving.

The property guarantees 4 pm checkin and that is a lie. We came in at 4:20 and our room still wasn’t ready . After a 30 min wait we were put in a smaller room for a few hours that smelled like mildew. around 6:30 pm we were put in our correct room. It was very disappointing. The hotel appeared to be full an have 3 events and did not have enough staff to accommodate the extra workload. The restaurant in the hotel (ground floor) is lovely and the staff is lovely. The rooftop bar just has snack but if you make a reservation in advance you can get a table with a fire pit that is really nice. The view of Logan circle is really great as well. The hotel is a 15 min walk from the market which is fantastic and an even shorter walk from a handful of museums. The rooms in the hotel are sadly outdated but the common areas ( restaurants, spas, gym, indoor pool) are much more updated and beautifully decorated. Overall the outdated rooms and poor planning at check in docked this hotel a few stars. The location, amenities, and staff outside of the reception area are top notch

When we arrived after traveling all day our room was not ready (4pm). We waited 2 hours for a phone call from the front desk person who said they would call us the minute the room was ready – when we went up to the desk they rudely said yes it was. Then when we got to the room, it had not been cleaned. The bathroom in particular was filthy – for the cost of this hotel. It was very disappointing.

Stains on bed. Metal on the corner of a wall cut me deep. dusty room. Elevator was under construction at night. There were a lot of loud teens walking around in the lobby.

My and I had an amazing time at this hotel. It was very convenient location. The only fault was that the parking overnight was extremely high - $70. We got lucky the last night and found street parking, after 8pm it's free.

I don't know where to begin. Imagine traveling for 2 hours and all you want to do is take a hot shower but once you are there and already in the shower you realize that the shampoo/conditioner and body wash on the walls were EMPTY. So, I walked away, showering with just water, and couldn't brush my hair till the next day. We saw housekeeping and asked for more of all three, but to my surprise, they again handed me lotion instead of conditioner. We asked for more towels, and that sadly came 24 hours later. The room was never cleaned, and poop stains in the toilet bowl, hair on the sheets. When my husband opened up the pull-out sofa in the room, there was puke and stains on the sheets from a prior person who stayed in the room (ATTACHED Photos). -Rooms were dirty, dingy and smelled. -No vending machines or snack stations. Not sure how anyone would drink water if they didn't bring their own. -No one answers the phone at housekeeping or the front desk. Upon check-out, we were charged $100 for someone else's drinks at the bar which is NOT OKAY. I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk, and she said she would "look into" it. I would never stay here again; I am honestly surprised there are as many good reviews as there are. The hotel lacks so much in so many ways and it could be so much more. The only nice parts of this hotel are the valet men who are super friendly and the location.

The property looks good but it's housekeeping was poor, staff is not well prepared, they sent me to a room that smelled like vomit and first refused to change my room, after I asked them to speak to the manager they did, very unprofessional, the hotel is nicely decorated and doesn't feel old but it's not cleaned properly, also there's some sort of bar in the building and you see people coming in and out, would not recommend for families.
