Marriott Horsham charges 10$ parking fee per day which was shocking. I am not sure why they charge it is in a remote area and have enough parking spots.

Facility was well kept. Number of residents living there had dogs. The first floor of bee had numerous dogs barking in rooms. Parking was a little congested near the buildings. I would assume it’s due to multiple people living in one room. Other than that, the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Did not like being billed for parking. Its bad enough that room rates are going higher and higher, now you want to charge for the parking space. sad sad sad

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was a disappointment because there wasn't much of a selection. Our family stayed in 2 rooms and both rooms had TV problems. The nighttime staff couldn't fix the TV issues.

Won’t retur
The hotel is tired and worn. Bedding didn't stay on the bed while we slept. Uncomfortable and lumpy bed. Would not return.

Maid never came in 4 days. NEVER. NOT ONCE. LOYAL MARRIOTT CUSTOMER. Never have had a bad experience. Rooms always clean. Awesome customer service. Never a billing issue.. This Towne place Suites wasn't originally a Marriott property and it showed but you shouldn't be able to tell.

The only negative was the pull out futon. Very uncomfortable. My adult daughter shared a room with us and couldn't sleep all night. The futon was hard as a rock and only 1 sheet , 1 pillow and a scratchy blanket provided. We checked in late so didn't bother to get better linens from front desk. We would have tried had we known it would so negatively affect her sleep. Everything else was very good.

Served it’s purpose, expected more for the money.
Had a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen. Furniture outdated, 1 bathroom with 2 doors, a very tight fit. My mother was claustrophobic. Daily breakfast had warmed up individual quiche and breakfast sandwiches. Not bad.

The room had a slight odor when we first arrived but overall the room was clean and nice. When i had to use the toilet at 3:00 am, it did not flush and almost overflowed. I went downstairs at 6:00 am to report the issue, i was told that it could not be repaired until at least 8 or 9 am. I asked if there was a plunger but none was found so i drove to Walmart to purchase one. It did not resolve the issue. My fiancée and i had to use the toilet near the front desk. Unacceptable! Perhaps the odor we observed was that the toilet that was thought to be repaired was not. It was noted that there were metal scratch marks at the bottom of the bowl.

I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. I understand your frustration and it is unacceptable that you had to go to Walmart yourself for a plunger.
