« Upon arrival Marie greeted us at the door and was very welcoming to her home. It is a split level apartment above Marie’s half of the home but there are several notes telling you not to worry about noise which was very nice and put us at ease (not that we were planning to get rowdy but we didn’t want to disturb Marie). Such a beautiful home overall and everything was well tended to and felt like home away from home. Highly recommend!! »

« Our experience at this cottage was extremely disappointing. After driving for 4 hours, we had to clean for two hours before unpacking to make it a bit more acceptable. Where do I begin, the cottage was very dirty and so are the pots and pans left there to be used by the guests. The kettle on the stove was filled with dirty rusty water, the cast iron pans were greasy and dirty, the table, chairs and wall behind the stove were very sticky. « We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary at this property. It was ideal for a large group. Plenty of room for multiple families to have privacy and extra room for the teens to hang out! Picturesque location. It’s close to town but you feel like you are in the country. We didn’t leave the property. Between the waterfront, ATV, fire pit, covered porch, lush green yard and game room, everyone found something they enjoyed! We can’t wait to book again. »

« We rent this property for family reunion, it’s sleeps 50 but a lot of that is bunk rooms, which is great for all the kids and younger generations. Some the rooms are basically private suites, one has king bed, computer table, A/C, private balcony, loft with 4 beds and bunk all in same room. An entire family of 7-8 can sleep in one room with their own bathroom which is awesome. We also rented some other properties nearby that had more private rooms for older generations to have a private room....
