Provided assistance with transportation to and from train station. Had welcome drink and snacks for us. Room was spotless and very comfortable, location was awesome as well. Situation very close to the river. Short walk to everything. Would definitely recommend to others. »

« Large modern room with comfortable bed and separate bathtub & shower. Quiet location. Staff do not speak English, which is typical even for Western branded hotels in China. My room smelled a bit like sulfur, strongest near the toilet, but common areas did not. Air conditioner did not work. When reported to front desk, the complaint was met with a shrug. A bit of a walk from the historic area, but a gated walkway serves as a shortcut. »

« Terrible!!! The only good thing about this place is the location and the view but the bed is very uncomfortable, the room seems to be falling apart, there were no towels and the bathroom was so tiny and in bad conditions. The staff was helpful. »

« First off, the address is wrong. It directs you to JOMO hotel in another town that is not Fenghuang. We got in late at night and had to spend an hour sorting this out with our Taxi driver’s help. The hotel is right next to a nightclub so the music is blasting in your room. Don’t expect to get any sleep because it’s so loud that it almost feels like you are sleeping in a nightclub. This is not a 3.5 star hotel. I’m not sure how it got this rating. This definitely feels like a 1 star motel....
