We came down for my nephew's graduation. House was clean and well stocked. Beds are new and comfy. Pool and backyard were perfectly suited for pool and chill time!

The house was in a good location for our trip. Lots of space where the kids could choose to play or relax. The pool was a lot of fun. Really good experience staying here.

Overall the house was nice however there was a stool in the living room window acting as a lock for the window. The toaster broke the first day we were there. Black piece of tape on the handle for the hot water in the main shower to mark where to shut it off as it just spun. The fan sounded like it was about to go out as well. Truly the place just needs a little TLC and it would be good to go. Some new utensils as one of the pan handles broke while we were washing it, clean the patio up a little bit and the front yard was all dirt and front gate was broken but we could park in the garage so that was good. Patio table was placed under the power lines where the birds sat and so chairs had droppings all over them. No one had told them about the foosball table being in such bad shape that it was leaning pretty badly and dirty so we didn't use it in fear that it would completely break. Also the Pool table they said they had was a miniature one that they don't leave out the sticks unless requested. They did offer to come get the sticks out however our kids loved playing bags so we took full advantage of that instead. Cute little gazebo with fire pit but you need to get your own wood and we couldn't find a single store that sold smores sticks so we used kabob sticks. Plenty of room and the house is nicely decorated and they had plenty of cozy blankets which our kids loved. It was centrally located which was nice as well.

Adequate but disappointing.

We were there for a week. The house was plenty large enough for our needs but lacking in care & upkeep. The pit sofa sectional in the living room had an end section that was broken. The toaster in the kitchen was broken & sparked when plugged in. The dishes were plentiful, but many of the pans were unusable. The bathrooms were small & very outdated. They really need some tlc & updating. Although the gazebo outside was comfortable, none of the rest of the outdoor furniture was usable because it was so dirty. The last night we were there, the next door neighbors had a party with a live band that started (with amps) at 9 pm & played until 2 am. We contacted the owner as requested, who said she would take care of it. And nothing happened. So the best I can say is it was an adequate location, but would not recommend this property. The pictures are not up to date.

Well stocked, easy access, beautiful home!

This Vrbo was perfect for my group of 10 friends. We came out to Arizona for 4 nights to attend the two day festival, Decadence, for new years; the house is 20 minutes from the Phoenix raceway. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, utensils, mixed drink station, pitcher, and appliances. It definitely felt like their home not just a cheap house someone put together to make a quick buck. The heater and air conditioning works strong, and there were plenty of fans and blankets to keep us comfortable. Garage door opener, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, hair curler, extra toilet paper and paper towels were all supplied. The backyard was beautiful, I will say though, having the pool heated in the winter time as an option would have been nice. Other than that, it was frustrating to discover we did not have any scissors in the whole house. Additionally, the toaster button you have to hold down for it to work. Lastly, for people who sleep in the room with the sliding barn doors in the kitchen, having a curtain and sheet to hang over the middle of the two doors would be nice so the light doesn’t shine in your face first thing in the morning. Overall, my favorite part about this Vrbo is how I wasn’t stressing to look at my phone every hour to make sure the host wasn’t texting me. This Vrbo was wonderful and I will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Great home!!

After tenth little start due to vr b o in there, check.In process, the homeowner actually showed up and helped out tremendously on the check inpops, as and was the whole reason I stayed. The home is immaculately kept and exactly like the pictures described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Quality Family Time

My brother and his family live in Glendale. We got together to celebrate the anniversary of our father passing. He has been gone 30 years this month. We live in Ohio and felt we needed to spend time with our son/brother. The house was a perfect set up for our needs.

Blue Jays Stay

Group of us headed down from Calgary to watch the Blue Jays series at Chase Field. It's a great spot to stay for myself and my group of friends. Quick Uber to Chase Field to watch all the ball games.

Graduation Trip

We stayed four nights, checked in on Friday and checked out on Tuesday. The property manager was very attentive during the check-in process and throughout the stay. The property itself was very nice inside and out. We had a great time in the pool and the gazebo In the backyard. This property is, in my opinion, the perfect type of property to rent. Very clean and comfortable, yet not so much you feel like you can’t just live it. I totally recommend this property and this property manager.

The home fitted our needs perfectly. The backyard was nice having a pool and areas to sit and relax. The bedroom off the kitchen area could use a deeper cleaning around windows. Over all we were very happy with the amenities that it has to offer.

Wonderful vacation home!

We absolutely loved this house! If you are debating booking, don’t, just do it! It’s a perfect home away from home and the hosts are amazing! The minute you open the doors, you get a homey sense! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked, bathrooms had things from swabs to tooth picks, they have plenty of bath and pool towels, and a fully stocked laundry room. We were a large group and I appreciated the host’s willingness to work with us and give us access to their beautiful home. The house was very clean and organized. The backyard is spectacular and the location is very good! There’s so much to do nearby. Thank you for a wonder stay. My family really enjoyed your home! Thank you for making it cozy!

Desert Getaway

Our family had a fantastic time. The house accommodated us all very well. My three year old loved all the toys to play with, the bunk beds and pool. Us adults enjoyed unwinding by the pool and fire pit at the end of each day. We will definitely be staying here again when coming back to AZ. Thank you!
