* Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. Early check in and late check out are not available.
* Stays of 21 nights or longer require a $500 utility deposit. Utility caps apply.
* Guests must complete identity verification and sign the Casago rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
* A starter supply of essential toiletries, paper products, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent is provided.
* For the comfort of guests and neighbors, smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are not permitted on the property.
* Please keep gatherings appropriately sized and respectful of the surrounding neighborhood.
* Routine maintenance visits may occur as needed for longer stays. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.
* As required for vacation rentals in Mesa, the reservation holder must provide a date of birth and permanent address for a basic criminal background check. This requirement helps support the safety and security of guests and local residents.
