Misleading
We love the property, but when renting we were under the assumption that we could rent the same condo/ apartment for entire week. We had to move in the middle of the week. Also, staff tried at two different times to have us listen to their spiel in buying into a time share. Probably will try to find other accommodations next time.

Great room. Pictures need to match the property.
This is a great room and I love staying at Cibola Vista. I highly recommend renting from this property owner and staying at Cibola Vista. You cannot go wrong. My only complaint I have ever had is the pictures on some of the "Junior Suites/1 Bedroom Suites" show a "Master Suite", which is a larger and nicer property. I am requesting the owner to please post applicable pictures. Putting pictures of the best property in your portfolio is not representative of the actual property and causes confusion. Thank you.

Big Disappointment
The pictures on the listing didn’t come close to what we rented. When checking in the front office attendant said they would probably need to move us to another unit after two days. I told them there was no way that was happening. She said she couldn’t guarantee anything. The room was dated and musky smelling. I believe VRBO misled us about the quality of the room. It’s a time share rental and all we got was a hard sell about buying some property.

Great Place for Families
This is more like a condo with some nice amenities versus a full blown resort but worked out great. The family pool was a big hit, especially movie night in the pool! Would recommend finding a unit that doesn’t face the parking lot and is not next to the trash dumpster.

Perfect Friends R&R Getaway
Visited with friend to get away from the ice box we live in. Resort couldn’t have been more perfect. Clean rooms and grounds, perfect giant pool and hot tub.

Anniversary trip
We’ve stayed before and love the resort and area. This stay we got to stay in the newest building which was really nice. Only weird thing was there was no silverware…but we didn’t end up needing it so that wasn’t a big deal. Enjoyed our time- I’m sure we’ll be back!

The check in process was horrible and deceiving. The actual stay was nice and loved the property. The company responsible for communicating the Vrbo check in totally failed. Was not clear with check in and was not available when problems occurred.

Evidently some of the amenities are available in some of their units, but not all. Recommend you communicate with property manager before arriving or when reservations are being made to ensure you have those that you are expecting. Great property overall. Well managed. Clean and nice condition

Great location
The resort is very nice and in a convenient location. The condo was clean and quiet and all the activities provide a great time for my grandchildren and their parents. Close to restaurants,shopping and other activities. I will stay again soon

I rent at cibola vista so my son can see his father. I love that they have activities to keep them busy and I have peace of mind that my son is in a safe environment at cibola vista.
