Location & Access Note
Cocktails & Cacti is located in Phoenix's Encanto-Palmcroft Historic District, with convenient access to Downtown Phoenix, Encanto Park, Roosevelt Row, Banner University Medical Center, restaurants, arts, and local attractions. Guests should use care when entering or exiting from the front and watch for passing traffic. The home has fully fenced front and back outdoor spaces, gated parking, and a back alley entrance that may be convenient during your stay.

Pool Heating & Cooling
Pool heating and cooling are available for $75 per day, plus tax, and must be arranged for the full length of your stay. To add this amenity, please contact our Guest Experience Team after booking. Because it takes time to bring the pool to the desired temperature, requests must be made at least 72 hours before arrival. Payment is due on the day the service is activated.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. We're happy to review early and late check requests and will do our best to accommodate. While early check-in or late check-out can't be guaranteed, we always make every effort to honor these requests when availability allows. Paid options may be available.

Pets
Dog-friendly! Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $130 non-refundable pet fee.

Extended Stays
Reservations of 30 days or more are subject to review; stays exceeding 30 days require an additional agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Military Discount

Last-Minute Bookings
For reservations made **within 7 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests. This includes:
* A clear photo of a government-issued ID
* A full facial selfie of the primary guest holding that ID (must match the reservation name)
* A photo showing the last 4 digits of the payment method in the primary guest's name
