The property was extremely disappointing. The house needs major repairs (i.e., unstable/wobbly master bed ceiling fan, holes and dents in walls & doors, dishwasher top rack broken, pool sticks broken as well as pool table, broken living room couch, squeaky air conditioning unit, broken blinds, stains on carpet and furniture, broken patio couch shade). After we arrived, we took off our shoes by the front door and walked around the house without shoes on, our socks were black. The customer service rep did send someone to re-mop but they did not clean up the other trash we reported found around the house (i.e., dirty underwear behind the master bed, empty water bottles under master bed and spare room bed, other wrappers and junk stashed under the beds). The front bathroom was also gross and the tub was stained and old. During our stay, we killed a scorpion in the kitchen and the customer service rep did send out someone to spray the property the next day however, we spend the rest of our stay feeling unsettled about bugs in the house. We left one day early because of our disappointment. This home should NOT be a VRBO. It is in need of serious repairs and updating inside the home. The pictures look nice but I promise it is not a comfortable place to stay. We have never encountered such a dirty home in need of so many repairs. The property owner clearly doesn't care about having a high quality home that is clean and updated.
