Reserved this place several weeks ahead of a planned business trip to Phoenix. I found out the following day that my business trip was canceled, so I went through the proper protocol that day on VRBO to cancel the reservation. Received written reply on the same day from property owner confirming my cancelation. A couple of days before the date of the canceled Phoenix trip I received notice from VRBO and KLRentals with information that I needed to know âabout my upcoming stay in Phoenix.â So I contacted VRBO and the property owner to remind them that I had canceled. VRBO claims that the property owner had not initiated the cancelation. Property owner apologized and sent written reply on VRBO messaging board that all had been canceled and to expect a full refund. Over that period of time, they charged me twice for over 380 and then a third time for 200. I contacted VRBO who said that they planned to pull them from the platform. Contacted American Express who blocked them from further charging to my account, refunded all moneys charged by the property management company and will settle it for me ⊠LOVE American Express! So bottom line - be aware!
