Upon arrival at the facility i was super excited. I loved the location and desk staff were friendly and clearly able to articulate policies. The room was bright and airy and overlooked the pool patio area. I purposefully waited to write this review until weeks after my stay was over as I didnt want to say something too harsh but looking back this is where the perfect getaway ended. Allowing people to party in that pool are is unacceptible. Maybe one of your managers should spend a night in that room when one of the drunken parties is going on. The first night no one at the desk answered my multiple calls. I complained the next morning and later on offered another room but when I returned to the hotel to accept it I was told it was no longer an option. Night two was quiet but night threes party volume and drunk loud behavior was surpassed on night 3 despite three calls to the front desk where staff responded by telling me they'd talk to them. After midnight as the noise continued I fell asleep only after several doses of benadryl and earplugs. Needless to say we checked out and will never return. This was not an i expensive stay so I basically paid 400 a night for aggravation which should have never been allowed initially. For all I know the hotel makes money off of these courtyard parties. I did request a refund but have received nothing.
