Inside, the fully furnished 3-bath home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a pool table, fresh linens and 100 Mbps+ Wi-Fi. HD smart TVs are in the living room and two of the bedrooms, and Google smart speakers are in each room.

Outside, beautiful palm trees frame a resort-style backyard with a private heated pool, a putting green and a BBQ grill, the perfect setting for long, sunny afternoons.

Everyday errands are easy, with Fry's Food and Drug and Safeway each about a 3-minute drive away. Golfers can reach the Mesquite Course and Kierland Golf Club in about 5 minutes, and Reach 11 Recreation Area is about a 9-minute drive for hiking and open desert. The pool is heated from October 15th through May 15th to approximately 85 degrees, and it is included at no extra cost. Please note that if the outside temperature drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not maintain its 85-degree temperature.
