Belle maison moderne de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain dans la vieille ville de Scottsdale. Cette maison a été entièrement rénovée en 2017 avec seulement les meilleures finitions. Il y a deux chambres principales et deux autres chambres spacieuses qui peuvent chacune accueillir confortablement 4 personnes. Il y a une grande grande pièce à côté de la cuisine avec une smartTV 65 "et un espace de vie séparé en bas avec une smartTV 55". La salle à manger est meublée d'une table sur mesure surdimensionnée qui offre des sièges pour dix! La cuisine est tout droit sortie d'un magazine et est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer vos repas. Le salon en bas a un bar mis en place avec réfrigérateur de boissons, un évier et de nombreux sièges. La cour arrière est immense et comprend un patio aux dimensions généreuses avec des fenêtres qui s'ouvrent directement sur la cuisine (voir photos), une extension de patio en pavé avec plus de chaises, un foyer, un barbecue à gaz, une table et des chaises extérieures, du gazon artificiel et une piscine de plongée avec salon chaises! La maison dispose également du WiFi, du câble, de la télévision dans les deux chambres principales avec des lecteurs blu ray intelligents pour Netflix / Hulu, 1 pack-n-play et plus encore. Situé dans un quartier privilégié de Scottsdale à proximité de l'autoroute 101, du Talking Stick Resort / Casino et du centre de la vieille ville de Scottsdale. Il y a des tonnes de bons restaurants, bars, randonnées, shopping et golf. Cet endroit a tout!

Good Location

Location was great - close to where we needed to be for a wedding. Neighborhood was quiet and very clean. Kitchen was amazing!! Please consider replacing the carpet - it is very stained, smells musty, and feels gritty under foot. The shower heads could also be replaced for added pressure. Other reviews had mentioned hot water issues but that was not a problem for us.

We liked it

The kitchen, dining, and main living area was great. The bathrooms well appointed. Older carpet in the upstairs and downstairs bathroom but they'll eventually replace that. The pool was too cold for these Canadians unfortunately. But overall, we really liked it. We were in Phoenix for a conference and we had six of stay there. Four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked really well.

Beautiful kitchen!

I’m an honest reviewer so here it goes. The main kitchen and living room space is an A. Open, bright beautiful and comfortable. Truly enough space for daytime entertaining 9 comfortably. The neighborhood is clean, safe and quiet. Location is prime! The kitchen is an entertaining dream. One of the windows opens up to easily have indoor and outdoor serving. There were supplies for the bathrooms and we were never in need of tissue, toilet paper or paper towels. The parking was ample.The negative The lower bedrooms flooring smells.The carpet needs replacing as there are large stains all over the carpeted areas of the house. The hot water works sometimes and then not. I saw this on the reviews, and thought it was fixed. We had 8 adults, and we all took turns to take luke warm showers.The pool area : lots of leaves and bird poop. There was a scheduled cleaning of the pool and outside area, but it came a few days after we were there. The outside tables and chairs were full of bird poop even after the cleaning. We cleaned the table as best we could but the bird poop was caked on it, so we covered it with table cloths we had from the dollar store. No one wanted to sit on the chairs because the cushions were ripped and had bird poop on them. The garage has not been cleaned in awhile. I messaged the host prior to stay, and they were kind and courteous, then the day of the stay we had questions that were not answered, so I didn't bother to reach out about the bird poop.

Great stay, water heater needs some help.

The house and everything overall was great, clean house, plenty of towels, extra bedding for the fold out beds, even had shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the showers. The only negative thing is the hot water, well lack of. Only 2 of the 3 showers would get slightly warm water, the other shower never got even close to warm. We reached out to the managment company who sent out a handyman to look at it, he finally got hot water in all of the bathrooms but had to turn on 3 sinks & 2 showers for ~10 minutes for warm water to reach the master. There were only 8 people staying at the house(so we were definitely under the ppl limit) but no matter if you were first or last to shower you were lucky if you got luke warm water. Owner should look into new and/or better(bigger) waterheater. Otherwise we all loved the house & the layout was perfect for the amount of ppl.

Hot water didn't work and Check in was a Challenge

We rented this property for our family and my husband's family who came out from Chicago. After arriving at nearly 11pm, we were unable to access the door code with the instructions on the VRBO App for the property. Finally we were able to get in touch with the host and was given a new door code only to get into the property and to have no hot water. Our family who had travelled hours had to take cold showers. We contacted the host Shannon again and told her the following morning of the issue. By the time a plumber was sent late the next morning our entire group had taken their 2nd cold shower :( Although the property was clean and had a decent layout, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere. There are multiple reviews about the hot water issues and I would say the neighborhood was sub par at best.

Had to take cold showers all weekend; I wouldn't come back

Leading up to the stay, the host was extremely responsive and even waived the early check-in fee which I was extremely grateful for. However, when we arrived at the house, the pool/backyard was an absolute mess. I called the host right away and was told it was due to the storms that happened overnight and that this is expected this time of year. I wasn't warned of this previously, so thankfully the pool guy was able to service the pool for us before our pool day. However, it still looked like the yard hadn't been taken care of in weeks. We were not given enough towels for everyone to shower (there were 12 of us staying there), but the host did send over her assistant to bring us more. The blinds fell off the wall in 2 of the bedrooms during the stay. The host also had someone fix those for us. The beds were not very comfy and NONE OF THE SHOWERS GOT HOT. I told the host right away and was told there was nothing that could be done to fix this and that sometimes in older homes "that's just the case." Even the first shower in the morning or in the evening after we had been gone all day was cold and never heated up. I am giving this a 3 star because the host or her assistant answered my messages right away and eventually fixed the things mentioned above, but in my opinion it is absolutely inexcusable to have a listing that doesn't provide hot water for showers and NOT warn your guests. A recent review mentions the same thing, yet the host didn't fix the issue or warn me.

Could have been cleaner

The house was beautiful and had a lot of potential but it lacked in cleanliness. The floors were filthy and it didn't seem very clean from the previous guests. We found eyelashes and other things on the floor... The pool was really dirty when we arrived, that was a bummer but the host sent someone the following day. Shower and sink water didn't get warm at all. Overall the house was alright, spacious and good if you have a larger group size.

Lovely week in Scottsdalw

We really enjoyed the home for our week long stay. The home has been recently remodeled and is very comfortable but the cleaning needs to be improved. Sad to see such a nice remodel and not have it at its full potential. The yard was quite messy also and was not inviting at all. If these items could be improved, it would make it much more enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very spacious and the layout of the home gives people enough privacy. I would definitely stay here again with the hopes that they change cleaning companies.

Girls weekend for 40th bday

We stayed at this house while on a girls weekend to celebrate a 40th bday. The house was perfect. The open kitchen with the large table and large island were perfect for hanging out and playing games. Location was close to Old Town and grocery stores which made it easy to get around. Would definitely recommend.

Great house and location!

Our bachelorette group had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect - less than 10 min from Old Town. The kitchen/living room area was great for hanging out inside. I would definitely book here again for a weekend in Scottsdale.

Great spot for a group!

We had a great stay here! The location is very convenient, only a short walk to get coffee and small essentials and only a short ride from old town. We loved cooking meals in the large kitchen. The owner was accommodating and responsive to questions and requests. We would definitely stay again!

Very Cool Outdoor/Indoor Space!

Shannon was very quick to respond to all of our questions before we arrived which was super helpful for us as we prepared to fly. A group of us stayed at this house and absolutely loved how open the main area was. The two windows that opened from the kitchen were so unique. The pool was chilly, so we weren't able to use it much, but overall the house was very clean and spacious for our long weekend there!

12 of my friends and I stayed at this property for a bachelorette party. The house was beautiful - especially the kitchen and outdoor areas. The location was also a perfect distance from dining and entertainment. The owner was very communicative and accommodating.

This place was perfect for our group of 10 girls. The house and outdoor area were all clean. There was plenty of space, if not more, for all of up to fit and get ready. Ubers were no more than 10 minutes from anywhere we went. Pool was perfect! No complaints. Would book this place again.

Great Group House!

A group of girl friends and I stayed here for a weekend in Scottsdale. Location was prime and the house had tons of room for 9 people. The kitchen is beautiful and the windows that open to the backyard bar top was a nice surprise! The house came with everything needed for a weekend stay. I wouldnt hesistate to stay here again.
