Comfortable Sleeping Accommodations

The home features four dedicated bedrooms and five comfortable beds, making it a great choice for families and groups traveling together. All beds are made with 100% cotton linens, and every bedroom includes a streaming TV, ceiling fan and luggage rack.

Primary Suite
Enjoy a king-size bed, beautifully remodeled ensuite bathroom with rain shower, and private access to the backyard.

Bedroom 2
This flexible room features a trundle daybed with two twin beds, a small wooden crib plus a twin roll-away available upon request.

Bedroom 3
A king-size bed and dedicated work desk provide a comfortable space for both relaxing and working remotely.

Bedroom 4
A private queen bedroom with its own door leading directly to the backyard.

The open-concept kitchen and living area create an inviting central gathering space. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast-bar island, large dining table, and conveniently concealed trash and recycling bins.

For additional entertainment, the spacious billiards and movie room features a sliding barn door that can be closed for a more private evening experience. You'll also find board games and playing cards for relaxing nights at home.

Both remodeled bathrooms offer generous mirrored medicine-cabinet storage, helping keep countertops neat and uncluttered. A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for guest use.

Your Stay

Guests have private, full access to the entire home, pool, and backyard. The attached garage is not accessible to guests.

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is designed for relaxing vacations and personal enjoyment. It is a pet-free and smoke-free home and is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings.

Important Pool & Property Information

For everyone's safety, please be aware that the pool does not have a safety fence or gate. Guests traveling with young children or anyone who is not a confident swimmer should provide close and continuous supervision around the pool.

Pool maintenance is performed once per week, typically on Wednesday or Friday. The pool technician will enter the backyard through the locked side gate to service the pool.
